We actually overslept and received a call in our room that the driver had arrived, but we would never be ready in the 5 minutes he could wait for. We quickly got ready and were about to have the hotel get us a taxi and my phone rang. It was Viator/Paris Shuttle. They offered to come back and pick us up! We were so thankful as we were told that taxi rides to the airport are quite expensive. We would definitely use them again.

Thank god we had this arranged. After a long flight from Kula Lumpor and arriving a 7.00am in a new airport it was really great knowing we didnt have to figure out what train etc. We required to get to our hotel. They were really professional and helpful. Would recommend any other way to arrive in Paris and look for transport these guys are superb.

For those arriving in Paris, a private transfer from the airport to central Paris is definitely the way to go. The driver was waiting for us at the exit from customs and immigration, and assisted us to the car. The driver was very friendly, the trip was flawless and we arrived without any hassles in a very quick time. Well worth the cost.

This was a great service. After a tiring red-eye flight, it was great to be greeted immediately outside of baggage claim by a driver holding up our name sign. Since we are not experienced Paris visitors, it really saved time and stress (albeit not money) over taking a bus or train. If you are traveling with a family (especially kids) with too much luggage, this is the way to go!

To have someone waiting at the airport with a sign with your name on it after travelling for over 24 hours is the best feeling in the world. To then have a car take you directly to your hotel gave us such peace of mind. The transfer vehicle was clean and comfortable and the driver experienced and welcoming.

Our transfer did not show up and after numerous calls and promises that it would only be another 15-20 minutes, the transfer finally showed up 1 hour after we arrived. Truly a waste of money!!!!

We had a problem with our arrival transfer. No one came in the airport with a sign to locate us or identify himself. We had to wait over an hour. We called the number for Viatour 2 or 3 times. The company which was very responsive. The driver came but he waited outside and was not easily identifiable with all of the other traffic in front of the airport. We just asked drivers if they were from Viatour. When we located the driver the rest of the transfer was fine.

The driver was not at the airport when we arrived. After getting our bags and walking to the gate I had to call the number and was asked if we arrived and had our luggage. I would have expected the driver to check on the flight and waiting when we arrived. It was about 30 minutes after we arrived that he finally came. The trip otherwise to Paris was fine.

The driver was at the airport waiting for us as we exited the customs area. Due to traffic, he left the highway and took back streets to the hotel. It seemed as if he was driving in circles but eventually got us to our destination.
