When we arrived to the terminal, we could not find the driver :-(. He had gone to the wrong terminal, but after we found him (30 minutes later), the ride to our hotel was fine. When we called the local number to inquire about where the driver was, they were very attentive and concerned (and luckily spoke English.)

the best paris shuttle we ever had the driver polite waiting to take us to our hotel as soon as we arrived that never happened before with other companies well done. My pickup was unsatisfactory. I had to call upon arrival and wait outside for 20 minutes for driver to arrive. He was suppose to be inside the airport with a sign with my name on it. Transportation to the airport was adequate.

Driver waiting patiently even though we were delayed due to lost luggage. So glad I had someone get me where I was going after a long, tiring flight. Well worth the secure feeling knowing you don't have to figure out trains or buses etc , just leave the driving to them.

The driver was waiting for us with our name on it as promised and was very professional. he dropped us off very close to our apartment and gave us directions to help us find it easily. We will definitely use Viator again for this service as wwe have bee doing since 2004.

I have 2*6 seat mini van but was shocked to see there was a six seat van and a saloon car was sent for my transfer. And over that teh 4 seator vehicle cabin luggage was full of somebody else's luggage. and we have to accommodate 8 person in 6 seat van which made me feel like cheated and was deprived of what was been promised at the time of booking.
