Really good. It was our silver wedding celebration and proved to be a memorable occasion. The guide who accompanied us was I understand Italian but I lost count of the number of languages she actually spoke. A really great personality who was wasted doing this! The meal was superb and the standard of service wonderful. Great entertainment, but very subtle. A wonderful evening thank you.

While I cannot blame Viator for this... their admin is very good... the providers gave a very poor service... lousy table service... poor food.. overpriced...and a trip I could not possibly recommend to others. The courier was helpful and courteous.. but once on board nothing stacked up. Better to take a boat trip during the day on the Seine and avoid the expense of the dinner cruise. Because there was not even good food on the menu. Far better food is provided in standard cafes throughout the capital. Being served mashed potato... not even well cooked... was an insult to the palate. Generally very very poor

This was an ok evening. Food was warm and good. View was not so good. If you're doing this to see Paris from a boat then do a water tour without the meal and sit on the top deck. If you're doing this for an evening of dining then this will work for you. Note that Viator didn't offer any upgrades (outside table positioning, better wine choices, upgraded food choices) but they are readily available. We were at an "inside table" but there were at least 5 empty outside rail tables available. These are an upgrade and had we known we would have bought one. Also, it's much quicker to take a taxi to the dock then to meet at the offices and take the coach. They combined 2 tours on our coach and the ride to the docks took 1-1/2 hours. The docks were a 10 minute cab ride from our hotel.

To be honest, I wasn't expecting this to be as nice and memorable as it was. There were some administrative mix-ups at the beginning, but the actual cruise was wonderful. It was a warm night and it seems all of Paris was on the banks of the Seine enjoying themselves. It's hard to go wrong with such a gorgeous city passing by, all lit up like Christmas, but I was also impressed with the very efficient staff on the boat itself, and the personable guide.

Very disappointing. My wife and I "thought" we paid a premium for a private table in the bow of the boat. They gave us a noisy table in the middle of the boat. A real tourist trap. Try an out-of-the-way upscale restaurant instead. There are lots of them.

The Cruise was excellent, the tour operator was HORRIBLE, they canceled my prepaid Anniversary night Cruise 2 hours prior, with no excuse. Offered to get money back in my home country or reschedule, i juggled my plans and rescheduled, I was a few minutes late, Taxi driver suggested i go directly to the boat, We called to get the boat location, I and the taxi driver talked to at least 5 people at the tour operator as far as we could get was my name and confirmation info. when i arrived at the tour office, they told me to catch a taxi to the boat, I was met with the same take it or leave it personlity I received in the cancelation. I found the Cruise and Viator to be excellent companies. But the tour operator is not accommodating in difficulties.

As they say, "It's all in the details"...so that's why I'm writing this:_br/_ 1) please inform the people in your office to coordinate completely with the people we email and talk with by phone! Because one person over the phone told me one thing; then your representative loading our bus told me another thing which was different, we were not completely satisfied. (person over the phone told me we'd have a ride back to our place of lodging after the event, but once we were there in person, we did NOT have a ride back because we stayed in Neuilly-sur-Seine!_br/_ 2) Our server did not give us our cheese and fruit plate during the river cruise and I am still not sure why he did not! You would think for over $600. for 3 people, it would have been given to us! Our menu did not say we had to choose either cheese OR dessert._br/_ 3) Last thing, please write in your information, that when you go to look for the bus, it is an office (well marked too) just behind the statue of Joan of Arc. That will help so many people in the future!

This was my second dinner cruise and I was very satified. I recommended the cruise to 4 friends who went to the same cruise a few days later. They also gave a very positive response. However, the only negative comment I have is too much waiting before the cruise started. Both at the ticket office and at the terminal we were waiting too long. I think this can easily be improved. This was very nice but expensive. No one told us if you sat by the window the seats were more and you were served better food, it was never an option for us. The experince on the river was nice, however the boat was ok. It also took us an hour and a half to get back to our hotel. Too long!

Truthful, honest feedback: My first time to Paris. Food and wine was AMAZING. Live band and singing was good. Boat is very nice. There are different levels of seating/price (that I didn't know about) that will get you closer to the front and/or window. Quite a few tables are very close to each other (perhaps the cheaper tables?). Beautiful to see so many sights at night so fast. It is pretty expensive but I would do it again. My wife and I really enjoyed the cruise! I didn't give 5 stars just b/c you can be close to another couple (which can cramp your style!) and it was pretty pricey (although that's what you sign up for!). If you can justify the cost and can accept potentially being very close to another couple, you won't regret it!

This was a really special experience despite a few niggles along the way. To get the irritations out of the way first. The coach doesn't leave from the address you are told to go to. Why, I don't know. Our trip was on a Saturday and the Paris rush hour traffic was horrific. Having thought we had nearly missed the coach by arriving just on 7pm, we then had a 100m dash around the corner to where the coach departs. Also, the coach drops off at different venues, the Seine cruise was the last drop off so we had an hour and a half on the coach driving around Paris whilst others alighted at The Lido. After 3 laps of the Champs-Élysées you get a little bored. We could have gone straight to the boat at 8.30pm and saved ourselves a big rush and an hour and a half on the coach._br/_ However, let me say that the boat was impressive and the dinner truly excellent. Great service and good entertainment. The coach drops off back at hotels, which is a great benefit late at night. On the night of our trip the boat had to stay moored due to the height of the river, however, this didn't distract from the experience at all and we received a free pass to take a Seine boat tour on another occasion. Many thanks for a memorable evening.

Not too impressed, as I was doing a tour as a single lady, they just sat me on a single table, and if it was not because of the waiters that were very nice and paying attention to the meals, I could had been there, feeling ignored. There was also a photographer from the cruise, that took photos of everyone in the tables, except for me, and he did take group and individual pictures, which made me feel a bit disappointed because he came to the table next to mine (both of them) and just overlooked me. A lot of people did not buy the photos, and he missed a good client. I will say, don't go alone, they did not seem to like this too much. Thank you to the waiter from the Canary Islands.

This was an amazing end to an amazing day, I propsed to my Girlfriend on the Eiffel Tower at 10:10 on the 10/10/2010 and we ended the day with this beautiful cruise. The meal was perfectly served. The environment was lovely with a live singer and violinist playing which relaxed the whole boat. There is lovely subdued lighting. The sights at night are lovely although taking photos with a flash is a bit of a challenge as you get flash back off the glass, but to be honest I spent most of the time looking at my fiancee, not the scenery outside. I would recommend it to anyone that wants a special time. We were picked up by a coach at the tour operators and dropped off at our hotel at the end of the night. If you are not sure whether to do this or not ..... Just go for it, you wont be disappointed!!!!

I have booked previous Paris Seine River Dinner Cruises that were excellent, but this one failed to meet my expectations. The wait staff was rude and very inattentive, we had to ask several times for the first course to be served to the next table, after we had received and eaten ours, and I was constantly bumped as the waiters walked by. The tables were situated so that half the seats had no view of the beautiful scenery along the river - why not turn the tables 90 degrees so that everyone had a view. And the food was mediocre at best. I won't book another cruise on this particular line - it was a real dissappiontment.

Though the dinner itself was lovely, I was disappointed in the service to the dinner cruise. After being told to be at the office by 7:00, it was easily 7:20 or so before we left. Having arrived early as told to do by your instructions, we stood around for 30+ minutes before even beginning to go to the boat. Then we waited probably 20 minutes while another group was dropped off at the Lido. Upon arrival at the boat dock, we waited for another 20 minutes without so much as a simple explanation as to what was going on. We didn't know whether there was a problem with the reservation or what. Finally, the guide returned and was short with our questions, marginally rude and still not very informative. So, we wasted better than an hour waiting, when we could have been at our apartment relaxing before the dinner. Also, your info does not disclose the level of service on the dinner cruise. I had assumed, based on the price, that it would have been the midlevel dinner. So in essence, we paid a lot of money for a lot of "dead" time, just waiting and in transit. All in all, I have decided that I will book myself and arrive to the boat on my own next time. The only thing the extra expense was for was to deliver us, in an inefficient way, to a lovely dinner on the Seine that we could have done ourselves. Paying for service should include good service. The three stars are for the dinner cruise itself...the food and view on the boat was excellent.

I was absolutely beautiful. We sat in almost the very center of the boat which, sadly, did not have a glass top, but it was still amazing. You're free to wander any time you like, so you can run to the windows or even the open air back of the boat to check out the important sites. The food was VERY good, and there was a great selection of items. The wine, of course, was great. We really enjoyed meeting the people who sat next to us too! This was absolutely the perfect end to our honeymoon in Paris--don't miss it if you're looking for a fun, romantic evening!

It was a very romantic setting for my wife and me. One couple we meet on the tour got engaged on the boat. The only point I think that needs clarification is that the location of the Viator office is on Rue de Rivoli, near Rue d'Algiers. Service was great, the bus takes you to your hotel, food and service were as good a any we experienced and excellent considering the number of people being service and the number of choices given for each course.

The whole experience was fantastic. Our guide for the night was brilliant and explained everything to us. The disappointing side was our waiter was too busy serving tables and forgot to ask us if we would like coffee at the end of the meal and never came to our table after the dessert. So never got his tip. Apart from that, which didn't spoil the evening, we had a lovely time and would highly recommend the whole experience.

Fabulous evening, excellent food, superb atmosphere. One hitch was that the published address was for a shop that is closed, diverted to an alternative address round the corner, causing slight panic. As our hotel was at Eiffel Tower, it would have been nice to have an option to go directly to venue, rather than wasting 15 euros on a cab. Minor points though, the evening for a 25th wedding anniversary and 21st birthday was fabulous and memorable.

Boat ride was absolutely brilliant. We did it on first night of our trip and actually helped us get our bearings of the city. Food was fantastic and wine was really good. The music was really nice too.
