Waited forever for the pick up, over 45 min. Was not happy that Viator did not let us know what company van to be looking for. Was very unhappy with the pick up from the airport.

Easily found the public phone and called the number and within a few minutes our driver arrived. We were the only ones on this transfer, so the driver was very talkative (spoke ok english...accent was strong but we could still make out what he was saying) and gave us some history about the city and gave us a brief tour just showing us where everything was. Very nice driver and the vehicle appeared clean and safe.

Picked up first and there were seven others to be picked up. Pleasant ride but took quite awhile. We were on time for our flight but we were picked up very early.

I could not find a free phone so someone at the information desk called and i was picked up 15 mn later.The ride was short and the driver was nice enough to drop me at my exact location .

Was initially advised to call before collecting baggage but no one picked up the phone! Fortunately, there were fellow travellers and one of them had been advised to go outside to Gate A to look for the Paris Shuttle van. So best that Viator should inform all passengers to go outside and look for the shuttle van.

Using the shuttle service to and from CDG was the right choice! After the long flight to Paris and suffering from jet lag, the shuttle met us at the assigned point right on time and took us straight to our hotel. The return trip to CDG got us there exactly on time - just remember to get to CDG three hours before your departure time rather than two.

Fast easy way to get from the airport to your hotel with minimal hassle. All we had to do was call the toll free number provided when we arrrived to get the gate number where the car was waiting for us.

Excellent choice!! Drivers were very courteous, on time and patient when we had trouble exiting Charles de Gaulle due to not knowing the airport...remember to exit and go to EXIT sortie12 you need to take the escalator up then find the elevator to go down to the grounddepartures....

The young man who drove us was very patient and kind. We didn't wait very long at the airport, in fact, it was only a few moments after we gathered our luggage. I felt a little sorry for the young man. Another passenger in our van felt that he was to be the only occupant of the shuttle service, when in fact there were several of us. We were fortunate to be the first to be dropped off at our rental apartment. We arranged for another shuttle to take us back to the airport a week later since the service had been so good the first time. Thank you!
