Our first trip to Paris and not knowing the city, we chose Viator for our transfer from Orly to our studio accommodation in the city. Our driver was waiting in the snow for us and our drive to our accommodation was first class. Thank you for making it so easy and troublefree for us.

Instructions say to call on arrival (not before), that seemed to catch them off guard. Had to wait about 40 mins for them to show. They weren't clear where we to meet the van so we were standing in the wrong place and they don't stop and just drive around 3 times then go and park so we had to lug our big and heavy bags over. Then they took us to the wrong Hotel California!!! Thank goodness it was prepaid and we had plenty of time before our show.

My daughter and I had a terrible experience with our shuttle service from Orly airport to our hotel. Other than waiting for more than 30 min for the other guests, we had a reckless driver! He drove so fast that we were complaining and he even tried to drove ahead of an ambulance! What a way to start our day in Paris!

TERRIBLE Experience. Called them upon arrival, was told to go to "Door 1" on Departure Level; I found that there was no such door. Called back, they corrected to "Door B" on Departure Level. Called 20 minutes later, they changed it to "Door D" on Departure Level. Called TWICE MORE, 20 minutes apart. Each time I repeated back to them what they had told me and they confirmed. On my last call, I was finally told that their driver was waiting at Door D on ARRIVAL level!! Each call required me to walk a far distance and a flight of stairs from where they told me to wait to where there was a solitary public telephone, and it took them a very, very long time to actually answer every call. Gave 1 star because, once I found the driver, the trip was quick and uneventful. But their total disorganization, and having to WAIT MUCH MORE THAN AN HOUR made this a really bad experience.

I rang the free number, as pre advised, and waited where told. Wait was minimal, but as the van was full I got a bonus free tour of Paris dropping off other people.

This was worth every cent as it was a holiday in Paris and the poor driver drove us around for nearly an hour trying to get us to the hotel as all the streets were blocked so we had a site seeing tour before we arrived at our hotel and he was a terrific guy

I did not have a good experience with this company. I apparently missed the shuttle, even though I went to the exact place they told me to wait. The lady on the phone was very helpful and kept telling me someone was on their way. They said they were sending a private car soon after I "missed" the first shuttle, and the driver would have my name on a board, but I never saw any driver. It took two hours before they finally sent a car to get me and then the driver accused me of turning him away earlier, even though I had never seen the man before. He then took me 50m away to where he was parked. No wonder I never saw any of the cars, they didn't stop where I was told to stand.

Shuttle we booked worked very well and was excellent. The difficulties we had in our attempts to book a retrun shuttle on the Monday were as bad as the incoming shuttle was good. I telephoned o the Sunday to be told after an unacceptable time waiting on the gtelephone that everything was fully booked. When boking outward trip it should be made easier to book retrun trip.

The driver was already there when my plane arrived. We arrived 10 minutes early and he was rushing me because he was running late to pick up his next passenger. I was practically running, following him to where the car was parked, with my luggage in tow. I treat this as the exception. It's not a Viator problem, but a personal issue of the driver.

All worked out well however Shuttle kept me waiting on the phone at least 15 minutes when I called from the airport on arrival before someone answered. Pick up and drop off by the driver was perfect.
