Had an hour wait at the airport for our shuttle which i thought was a bit much but smooth run to the hotel. Return was 25 minutes late but it was at the buisiest time of the day and we were in plenty of time for our flight.

Our driver, Simon, showed up early, loaded our bags, and was extremely friendly! He even gave us a little tour guiding while we made 2 more stops to pickup other people. The van was clean, new, and we weren't cramped. Here's a tip: try to get the shuttle before 8am as that's when the traffic really starts. Thanks, Simon and Viator!

We were to be picked up at 745am to catch an 1130am flight. The driver was early so we got onto the van. We then drove at least 30 minutes away from our hotel to pick up people at a campground. When we finally got there, the lady wanted to go and get coffee, forgot her glasses etc. We finally got them into the van and proceeded to CDG. It was morning rush hour. After 20 minutes we :PASSED our hotel. The driver was apologetic. I asked him why we were picked up first if we then went way out of our way. The 25 minute ride to CDG turned into an hour.

I also had an arrival transfer that was horrible._br/_ The driver took people to the wrong hotel to start and it took 1 1/2 hours to get to mine. the other people were in a different part of the city and a different shuttle should have been sent to transport me to my hotel. absolutely terrible. somebody owes me some money back.

It is very inconvenient for passengers to be dropped all at same gate, regardless of their departure gate. We had to walk for 25 min to get to our gate. I don't know if this is the company's policy or just the driver's, it would in fact take just about 5 more minutes (at times) to drop passengers where they need to be.

The service is good and once I arrive at the airport, I call them and they asked me to wait at specified gate and the bus had a logo so I know I'm on the right bus. The driver is very punctual and very helpful. Will definitely use their service again.
