The driver arrived on time, he was polite, helpful and friendly. There was some confusion over which terminal our flight went from and whilst we were inside he came in to check that we had the right terminal which was a nice touch!

I was not happy with your service. I had the concierge call and ask to be picked up 3 hrs. prior and you wouldn't budge from the 4 hrs., We drove around Paris in circles for 2 hrs. getting to the airport. I would not use this service again or recommend it to anyone.

Driver kept us waiting in the van for over 25 minutes saying he had to wait for another passenger, who never appeared. We should not have been delayed after pickup. We had already waited over 20 minutes for the van to arrive after calling from the arrivals area.

We had scheduled a shuttle to come pick us up at the hotel and the reservation said they would come 3 hours before our departing time. When I called the night before to confirm no one answered the calls. The following morning when I called again to see what time they were going to come they told me the shuttle had already come an hour before and left because we weren't at the lobby waiting.

Getting TO the airport from the hotel was much easier than getting FROM the airport to the hotel. There were no visible public phones at the airport from which to call the shuttle, and once we did, we had a difficult time finding the meeting place and being able to identify the van. Getting to the airport was a breeze.

Quite good, arrived on time for pickup but when we arrived at the Orly terminal the driver missed the correct entry so he dropped us in the carpark. It had just rained and rain was still threatening. Fortunately it was not a great distance to walk but he could have done a quick loop around and dropped us in the correct place.

Paris Shuttle was very efficient and a great way to go to the airport. As suggested by the company, be outside hotel 10 minutes early. Driver came at that time and we were on our way. For early morning flights takes the hassle out of changing trains. Excellent value.

These transfers were excellent. They were convenient and gave us peace of mind knowing we wouldnt be taken for a ride as there are so many charletons out there. They were always on time, couteous and spoke good English which was reassuring especially when in countries where they speak little or no English. We will definately use them again. Go for it!

We experience an issue with the pick up from our hotel in Paris as the driver dropped us off at wrong airport. This caused much confusion as he was gone when we found out we were at wrong airport and there was no way to get to other airport and catch flight in time. We had to obtain a new flight and pay change fees, arriving late in Barcelona cutting down our stay there. The best news is the shuttle company has reimbursed us for our additional cost after faxing them our info. We appreciated their follow up on this and this speaks to the integrity of the owners and employees.

This is excellent value for money. The driver was right on time to pick me up and I was at the airport with plenty of time to spare. The vehicle was modern, clean and comfortable. The driver spoke English exceedingly well and was a very pleasant fellow indeed. Don't waste your money on an expensive taxi - do this instead!

We were told to be ready at a certain time. Within a few minutes, we got a call saying the driver was coming an hour earlier. We ended up at the airport four hours before we needed to be. It was ridiculous.
