Fabulous! Our chef was charming and she certainly knows her business. We made several yummy treats and learned some good tips on preparing fancy desserts. We had lots of goodies to take away at the end of the class. I would recommend this to anyone who either would like to be or fancies themselves a cook. There's always something to learn and what a fun way to do so. The class was longer than indicated, probably because we did so many treats. I may do it again next year.

This course was marvelous. The chef/teacher was excellent; explained everything very well, was very patient, allowed us to ask questions and then answered them clearly, etc. We got to take home a lot of food, and it was delicieux!

My instructor Pino was excellant. I truly enjoyed my class. The four recipes chosen for my class were easy - medium. I can not wait to prepare them for my family and friends. Recipes were received the same day for immediate use. I highly recommend this course. It's worth it!!

What a fantastic class. Not everyday do I get an opportunity to bake in Paris. I wasn't sure what to expect when going into the class, but I was super trilled and inspired when I left. Pino was a great instructor. With a class size of 6 people, we all had equal opportunities to assist with the baking. It was an amazing experience. I learned a lot and can't wait to try some of the recipes at home.

What an excellent class! Our teacher Pino was so organized and had so many little tips along with fabulous recipies! I would definately take another class!!! Just make sure you get off at the Metro that is suggested, the ones that appear closer are in a different part of town. The school is nice and very clean and modern. You even get to take things home!!! Just a great experience!!!

My girlfriend is a pastry chef in the united states and I thought it would be a good way to learn how to make something or at least better understand her passion for cooking. The instructor was awesome, very informative and understanding of skill level, and a great sense of humor. We had a good time, and I actually learned a little bit about french pastries. And I ate them! Awesome.

So much fun! The kitchen was a professional catering/cooking studio that was magnificent. The class turned out to be just my husband and me. We learned how to make two different kinds of macaroons and learned so many tips along the way. The class was more for me, as I am the baker of the house, but my husband ended up having a great time as well and commented multiple times how fun it was. This was an excellent experience that was one of the highlights of our trip.

We had a ball - Pino was very generous with his knowledge giving us lots of helpful hints, and we enjoyed the hands-on opportunity. Course only went for 2'15", and we did not do as many recipes as expected. Nevertheless, highly recommended you just need to update the description.

Marvelous doesn't begin to describe the experience. Our host did an outstanding job of explaining each step in the recipe and made a difficult task look easy and of course delicious. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to learn the art of French pastry cooking. BRAVO!

This course was one of my top three experiences in Paris! It was absolutely amazing and after seeing so many churches and so much art is was wonderful to do something hands on. And while friends and family love photos, there's nothing better than letting them have a taste of Paris. In just under three hours we managed to make creme brulee, chocolate lava cakes with a bananaavocadocitrus juice sauce so good. Each tasted so delicious, the creme brulee was my favourite. The teacher, an American chef who has worked in Paris for the last three years, also passed on her wealth of knowledge, teaching us cooking techniques and tips that will ensure superb results in future endeavours in the kitchen. Do no hesitate to take this course! Just be warned that it's highly likely you'll walk out with a sugar high!

Class is about what I expected. So much food to eat by the end of class we were not needing dinner! We would have loved to have the recipe in front of me to take notes but nice to have them on email when I arrived home. The class goes by very fast and one dessert sort of runs into another so when thinking back on how to make a dish I might be interesting to see if I can remember which technique went with which dessert. I met some great people from places I have not traveled and enjoyed their company as much as the class. I would not spend any more than I did for what we got.

We loved this course. Our instructor and we had a great time making desserts with our group. It was amazing that we made so many desserts in one afternoon and my 12 year old daughter was so impressed that she was allowed to participate fully and do all the hands on dessert making, too. She taught us a lot about baking and sent us home with some very delicious treats. She even emailed us the recipes for the desserts we made. We would definately recommend this course!

While we anticipated a fabulous French cooking class, we were disappointed in this class in that there was nothing really taught. We did participate in measuring and stirring, but, beyond that, we had more fun visiting and making friends with the other attendees. Great area of town for a class - beautiful Montmatre. We were promised a copy of each of the recipes prepared in the class but, almost four months and two contacts later, we still haven't received anything from them. We will pick another company for our cooking class on our return trip to Paris.

This was a 21st birthday present for our daughter. She was extremely happy with the cooking class. A lifetime experience for us. Class was fun, educational, and we got to eat our mistakes...creations. The chef took our e-mail addresses and and forwarded the recipes to us. We could not have asked for a better experience. Class was small, fast paced, and very informative.
