This was good value for money but don't go expecting a small group activity or that the dinner will be in the restaurant pictured. Also people do not stick to the dress code. It was a good way to see main Paris sites and meal was lovely but very late in the evening.

Illuminations tour was finished before dark and was a waisted evening as we had done the same tour earlier in the day. Dinner was ordinary and we left at the resturant to find oir own way back to the Hotel arter midnight.

The meal in the evening was delicious, although we didn't eat until 11.15pm, but it was lovely cruising down the Seine and a very interesting tour. Perhaps the itinerary could be altered so the meal could be earlier.

A bus tour at night to see all the monuments, then a river boat cruise to see them again, then a delightful dinner at Chez Clement on the Champs Elysees -- what a wonderful evening. My granddaughters and I thorough enjoyed it.

YWe almost missed the coach because of poor information. We arrived at the departure point as directed on your tickets half an hour before the appointed time (to ensure good seats), and waited as instructed under a sign for Viator outsside an office on Rue Rivoli. By 7.00 no coach had arrived. There were signs on the office windows relating to the tour operator's arrangements for winter pick-ups, but Viator Tours was not mentioned anywhere. By chance,someone was locking up the office next door and when we asked her (fortunately we speak French) if she could help, she explained that the winter arrangements also apply to Viator, and often had to re-direct people to the correct departure point. When we finally reached the coach departure point, there was a long queue for the coach, and by the time we boarded, all upstairs seats were taken. The downstairs view was VERY restricted and, as a result, the friends we had "treated" to the tour (on their 1st visit to Paris) saw virtually nothing. Had we not spoken to the person mentioned, no doubt we would have missed the entire tour. Your tickets should have explained the situation and given us CLEAR directions to the correct departure point. This was a very poor standard of customer service, which could easily have been avoided by paying proper attention to the needs of your customers. VERY disappointing, as the remainder of the tour was well run and the guide was very helpful.

I enjoyed the River Cruise but not the Iluminations or Dinner. I was led to believe this dinner was going to overlook the Arc when in fact it was in the basement with no windows. The country kitchen feel could have been had back in the States. The Illuminations was done so quickly that I felt like I really didn't get much out of the trip.

A great weekend in Paris but however , my best advise to anyone booking activities is too book well in advance. I booked 24 hr in advance and whilst getting ready in the evening i recived a email on my phone the activities i booked had been sold out. This meant ringing Viator in paris to try and arrange alternative activites but ended up getting diverted to USA and put on hold for 20 mins. Dreading the phone bill! Alternative arrangements where arranged with the Seine river cruise, Paris illuminations and dinner on the Champe-Elysees. _br/_ The cruise was a basic cruise would of been better if drinks where available ie alchol. The evening meal was great. 3 course delicous. No faults.All in all a entertainming evening 4 stars mainly for meal

The information given to me was not correct. You said to dress smart and bring my passort. People were wearig jeans and nobody asked for my passport. The contact agency was closed. i spoke to them twice before the date and nobody told me that they were closed I took a taxi to the address that showed in your itinerary to find out they were operating with a different operator, It wa a long tour = but they didnot let me use the toilette. The guide was very curt. It was not a cruise, it was a marathon. We actually had to run to the boat and back. I thought we were to be picked up by a mini van, instead was a two story bus. It went so fast that when the commentary was describing a door, we were two blocks down. I will never take another tour with them or

Each of the 3 things included where wonderful in there own right however doing all 3 together like this was too long. By the time we got to dinner almost 4hrs after starting and being almost 11pm we where all starving. My tip do the tours seperately not all together like this. Also ring beforehand to check the meeting point as when we arrived we where told to go to a different location and almost missed out all together.

Overall the trip was good except for 1 thing. No one said that we would not be eating dinner until10:30 PM. Anytime later than 9:00 PM is totally unacceptable. Those handling the trip seemed somewhat unorganized.

Very poorly organised. We had to queue for the boat for so long we missed the correct one and had to wait an hour for the next one thereby missing our coach connection. We were simply abandoned by the guide who professed not to even noticethat we (and several others) were missing. A disgrace.

Wonderful trip, well worth doing, lovely meal in a first class restaurant. However, the boat we were meant to get on was full so we had to wait half an hour for the next boat, which meant we missed the coach back. There was no provision for this happening and we had to get a taxi and find our own way to the restaurant. Make sure one of your party tells the representative if you dont get on the boat you should! It was a shame cause it spoiled an otherwise lovely trip.

The cruise was great! Paris at night is more amazing than during the day. At night the Eiffel Tower is breathtaking, especially when the lights twinkle. I was star-struck.

The river cruise was amazing. Because I had already been in Paris for 1.5 days, I had already seen most of the places on the bus tour. The dinner was so/so, I definitely had better food while I was in Paris at other restaurants - and a mouse ran in from off the street while I was eating, which quickly ruined my appetite.

The river cruise, illuminations tour and dinner were great value. Only problem, it was Blanc Noir so there were 2 million people in Paris and everything was delayed. From 7pm start, we did not get a toilet break between cruise and bus tour so were desperate to get off the bus at the restaurant! Dinner was disappointing, probably because we were expected earlier but did not arrive until after midnight! Would still recommend the experience.

We enjoyed our trip very much, the commentaries were very good. The only downside was the timing of the three elements - we felt dinner was rather late (11pm) and we felt it would have been nice to have been picked up again and taken to the starting point. all in all, though, quite enjoyable.

The Seine River cruise would have been really good, but it was so crowded it was uncomfortable. The illuminations tour was really good and it was nice to learn about Paris' history. Now the restaurant.... absolutely AMAZING, really good food, and a traditional Parisian Atmosphere. The tour states that it is approx 4 hours, and the 4 hour mark is the time they drop you off at the restaurant, so seating at 11:15pm, was too late for dinner for most people. If I did this one over, I would do the Seine Cruse separate and try to do it much earlier to avoid the crowds. We took a Seine River and Canal Cruise at 9am the next morning (booked through Viator) and that was much better due to the small group

The boat tour is actually only 12euros on it's own (ie. without the tour), but it is nice. The dinner is extremely late (eating at 11pm), but otherwise it's ok. The bus tour could have a bit more commentary and I think going a bit further out of Paris would be good. All in all, it's an average tour.

the only good thing here was the seine river cruise. the tour guide wasn't very helpfully, they just sat there and expected to be tiped, the illuminations tour wasn't illuminating, and was very similar to the previous city day tour. the dinner was not nice, the head waiter was rude and rediculiously late, they should tell you it will be so late 11 pm.

brilliant just brilliant booked this for my husbands 50 th birthday and our 2nd annivasery. everything from the start of the cruise till the meal on the champs-elysee. 1010 for everything. food was beautiful thanks very very much so glad i booked with viator. its a bit worrying when booking on line cause theres so many to book from but all i can say is book with VIATOR.

This was a wonderfull trip, great value for money! We decided to book this trip for our first night in Paris, so we could get to know the sights! So glad we did! Great experience! Illuminations tour was good, loved the boat, was cold due to feb weather, but we still sat outside and took it all in! The resteraunt was wonderfull! The food was good, the staff amazing, such a lovely place, wine was lovely too ... It was a great start to our weekend!
