We had trouble locating Hard Rock because we thought it was in Montmartre! We had to taxi there and then were promptly seated, served our hamburgers and fries, soft drinks, dessert and then left without having to pay anymore (except tip). It was noisey, but that was to be expected...

On my 2nd day all i had was a continental breakfast to start off with so by the afternoon i could have eaten half a horse.So soon as i got in i got shown to a table straight away and with the diamond menu made my choice._br/_ To start with i had a choice of salads so i chose the ceasar one which set me up for the main.Boy what a main, of course i went for the legendary ribs fries etc.After demolishing that lot was on to the sundae which was 3 huge scoops of icecream,sauce and a cherry on top._br/_ Whilst i could have as mainly free soft drinks refills as i wanted so had about 4 of those._br/_ As the meal was paid for all i left was a tip and then had a look around at the pop memorabilia.Didnt have to eat the rest of the day.Definitely worth the money.

We haven't had a problem on this and what's on the prenotation was what he had. Thanks God we didn't have an issue on our prenotation otherwise we don't what will happen.

The place was very interesting. The priority seating ticket worked very well and we had no problem being seated quickly. The portions were more than generous and the ice cream was divine. The free refills were particularly welcoming. All in all we had a good time.

Loved this Hard Rock - food was really supurb and the waiter was great - I had prepaid for the meal and we had 3 options to choose from and a appeitizer and dessert - However I spent too much in their store but I do that here at home too . :

Skip the line worked fine however we oppted for a gold menu, the food was warm at best service slow and in our oppion the overall experience was disappointing, this is not a reflection on Viator its down to the venue, the Hard Rock Cafe Didnt live up to our expectations as we have visited may around the world with Viator, (the next one in Sydney).

Loved the HARD ROCK CAFE in PARIS and the Skip the Line with the meal and soft drink was fab for the price. I went there for my Fiancees 50th Birthday and it was a great night especially when all the staff and the people in the place sang Happy Birthday to her she will never forget it. So i will definately book this again :)_br/_ The only thing i will say is that if you want a big choice of menu and to pay when you get there you can still Skip the Line if you go to the HARD ROCK CAFE website and dowload their voucher , but this way saves the hastle of paying when your there :)

This was a nightmare, we got there, they had a loud band rehershing and then no one seems to know what the voucher was for and this took ages. We assumed that a 2 course meal we would get to choose a starter or dessert but you don't, you just get a choice of ice cream. + The mains there was only 4 choices. Wouldn't recommend this.

Quick service, nice food! Make you you have a look at the memorabilia upstairs. Like all HRC's the shop is a bit expensive. Would go back again.

Cannot really comment on this because we did not arrive at the destination until 4pm there was no que and were seated straight away. However if we had have arrived at 5.30 it would have been of great benefit. The Hard Rock Cafe itself, the ambionse was fantastic but the food was sub standard.

The menu was not that comprehensive for diamond menu but in saying that the service was fantastic and we ordered thechicken and out came half a bird. We took our son there and he ordered the burger and it was great as well. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The food was delicious the service was awesome but the limitations to the pre fix menu was horrible. Would have been better off just getting on my own and ordering what ever i felt like having from their menu, plus it would have been cheaper.

We found the restaurant easily, close to a metro line, in a good area of Paris. We were seated immediately and served promptly even though they were very busy. A limited choice is offered but generally a good value meal.

It was great to turn up whenever we liked and get a table straight away. The service and food was excellent though it would be nice if the Cafe could offer more choice of desert - I asked for fruit as I cannot have dairy products but was told the only fruit they had was in a cocktail! Hmmm! Other than that it was fab!

The booking in all is smooth. If you are going in the high period, this will be it but if you like me are going on the low period, don't bother - just go slightly earlier and walk right in. The food provided in the diamond menu is the "watered down" version compared to if you are a walk in guest. The ribs are only half a rack, good if you are not a big eater, compared to the regular priced full rack of ribs at 18.95. I don't know if the fact that I am Asian that the service I received from the staff, particularly the staff assigned to our table, is particularly rude and disrespectful. The fact that he is of a French-African descent does not really matter but it is the service attitude that he embraced that would be a problem. We may be a little cheapskate but that doesn't gave him the reason to be rude. He even spilled some leftover capucino on my wife's jacket and didn't offered an apology at all but he did gave us a few pieces of tissues to clean the mess he made. We asked whether we had any discount for purchasing at the HRC stores and he replied "Why should you get a discount". I am a simple person, just tell me "yes" or "no" and that would suffice, you don't have to be sarcastic. Overall, 1 out of 10 for HRC Paris.

It was really good eating at the Hard Rock Cafe but I am not convinced that the voucher actually helped us to "skip the line". It certainly limited our choice of menu to just those available on the Diamond Menu. The food and service however were brilliant - an awesome experience.

I just showed the waiters my voucher, and they give me seats in less than 10 minutes. The gold menu was good as we no headache to choose from the menu. It is so worth it.

Well worth it. Moved to head of line seated quickly; waiter was not sure what the voucher was for at first, but manager brought us the "Diamond" menu we had prepaid. We had the 12 slab ribs, quite a large order, came with coleslaw and baked beans. We ordered iced tea, yes they have ice tea in Paris. Dessert included ice cream sundae. Great meal and great service. Nice little break from the French cafe menus.

Great service and a nice meal. It was well worth it, however, the fact that you could not pre-pay for a child's meal before you left made it that you still had to pay for something when you got there. Maybe there should be a way to charge for a child before you go.
