Amazing experience. Our balloon was cancelled twice due to winds (This is really unusal, only 5% are cancelled). The tour was great. Everything from setting up the balloon, the ride, the staff, the landing and the breakfast. The pilot (Mark) was great as was our ground crew (Gene). The whole experience is a must if you are in the area. It is worth the early start. We cant recommend it highly enough.

Interesting experience. Our landing was on jagged rock and in the brush, but captain did well and all were safe. Young men very conscientious in helping us to get out safely

This was an experience of a lifetime. The day was beautiful, the flight was smooth the view was incredible. Pilots were extremely nice and full of information and the breakfast at the end was the icing on the cake. IF this is on your bucket list do not hesitate.!

The trip on the hot air balloon was wonderful. I took my daughter and two grandsons and they had a good time. The driver who took us to the take-off site was humorous and informative and made everyone feel at ease. My wife did not go up with us and was with the van drivers, but enjoyed their company. The after flight champagne or apple cider for the kids and the snacks were delicious and elegant in the desert. The only thing I would recommend is that the pilot give a litlle more commentary during the flight, eg. why some balloons are high and others low, how they keep track of where they land, etc. Otherwise, a wonderful time and I would do it again.

It states complimentary pickup - then they phoned to say that this wasnt included and it was $20. WEbsite needs to be clearer. The trip itself was wonderful - great Pilots- smooth landing and good breakfast and we saw a coyote !!

Delayed by one day due to high breezes. Sunset was gorgeous, take off and landing smooth as silk, our pilot was very experienced and informative. Champagne and nibbles in the desert at sunset... with pink linens and real tableware and the coyotes howling in the distance...an awesome experience! I highly recommend it for any celebration or just for fun and it is not just for young folks - I am 65 years old and I plan to go again!
