I booked a transfer when I arrived in Phuket for a 10-day holiday in July 2011. With the usual buzz of touts and taxi drivers at the arrival gate, it was a relief to see our tour rep and to be whisked into an air-conditioned minivan. Despite a short wait to collect the other passengers, the transfer was quick and efficient and the rep was friendly and helpful. We arrived at our hotel in Kata about 1 hour after arriving, which was not bad given that we had to make a few stops along the way. _br__br_ Would thoroughly recommend doing again simply to avoid the hassle on arrival. _br__br_ The price of the transfer was reasonable, however it is probably worth checking with your hotel upon departure to see whether they can arrange something cheaper – depending on where you stay, it may be easier and more cost-efficient to get a booked taxi to return to you to the airport, particularly if there is a group of you.

Unfortunately the car suffered a puncture and we had to wait for half an hour in the heat for it to be repaired thereby delaying the transfer. However this couldn't be said to be the fault of the company. When we arrived we immediately received a phone call, not to apologise, but to try to get us to book a return transfer.

Was met as promised by Viator with easy to see sign, spoke very good English. Hotel was a little hard to find but they had no problems finding it. Representative from Viator came into hotel with me, made sure receptionest could understand me. The Viator Rep left a note at reception the day before departure for airport confriming pickup time. Viator was there on time.
