Private Departure Transfer: Phuket Hotel to Airport

When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your accommodation details. Your private transfer will be confirmed immediately and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. 24 - 48 hours prior to your Hotel to Airport transfer, you will be required to reconfirm exact pick up times and places (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher).

Vehicles used:

• PRIVATE - Air-conditioned Standard Sedan Car (2000cc) (1 to 2 people)
• PRIVATE - Air-conditioned Minivan (3 to 6 people)

Pick up was as promised, ride to hotel was fine. However the tour operator insisted on meeting me at the hotel to get my departure details. Two days of rearranging my beach schedule to accommodate two no shows. Had to finally contact the supplier and tell them this meeting was bunk and that all they wanted was to sell me other tours. After telling them I was totally not interested they took the details of my trip back in and said that they would be reconfirming my air (thought that went out in the 80's) so that if there was a problem the airline could take care of us. Problem, no taking care. Next time I'll take a hotel car.

Phuket is gorgeous! If you need a transfer you won't find a better one!
