My family of four, including our handicapped_br/_ son with a collapsible wheelchair, had a private transfer by van from and to the Pisa Airport to our hotel, the Westin Excelsior in Florence. It was the first time we had used your company and were extremely satisfied with the service. We were promptly picked up at the times designated on both trips and the_br/_ chauffeurs were both very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were also wonderful with our son.
