This is a private transfer service so the price is the same for groups of 1 - 3 who will be transferred in a private car and the same price will apply for groups of 4 to 7 people who will be transferred in a private minibus.

When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Prague Hotel details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.

Simply perfect. The driver was there before the scheduled pickup time, he took care of our luggage, was very friendly and helpful. Once at the airport he escorted us inside to make sure we were all set before he left.

We would not use this service again. We confirmed our pre-paid transfer from Hotel to Airport and were met by a driver who seemed nice until we arrived at the Prague airport. I had tried to give him my voucher before we left, but he waved it away and then, when we arrived at the airport, claimed that we needed to pay him the full fare after I handed him a very generous tip. I threatened to call the police, handed him the voucher, and my wfe and I walked into the terminal. I don't know whether he was the "wrong" driver, a rip-off artist, or whether this is typical of Viator, but I can not recommend this company! It was a very unpleasant experience and a disappointing end to our two week stay in Europe.

Worthwhile to have a driver and zip along right to the departure area. Set fee if you use the hotel as special rates with taxi's are in force for this trip. About same either way.

Terrible service - the driver wouldn't speak to us, just gesticulated rudely. He dumped us outside to airport and went on his way. I was expecting so much more from what others had written about their experience.

Excellent. Picked us up at the allocated time. Drive knew which terminal to go to but when we arrived he came with us into the building just to double check we were at the correct location. He also helped with the luggage, all you can ask for with an airport transfer.

CONTRARY TO OUR BUDAPEST TRANSFER, THIS TRANSFER WAS EXCELLENT. THE DRIVER ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL 5 MINUTES AHEAD OF TIME. THE DRIVE TO THE AIRPORT INCLUDED A DETAILED HISTORY OF THE AREAS WE PASSED ON OUR WAY.
