We took this tour on Christmas night and loved it! I never had so much fun with so many strangers. This will be one of our most memorable Christmases ever! The buffet was good...not 5 star dining, but plentiful, hot and hearty. The band was perfect. They played "What A Wonderful World" at the end of the night and nearly brought me to tears. It is a wonderful world and everyone should see as much of it as possible. We're glad that we decided to spend Christmas on a boat in Prague. Unconventional? Yes, but memorable.

The content of the tour was good and the views along the river at night were equally good. As a couple round the 30 mark thou this was probably a bit reserved for us. The food was decent and there was entertainment of a live traditional band. I have no complaints, it was all good, would probably be more my scene in a view years time...

Quite a full boat, and quite a chilly night, but an enjoyable trip. We were escorted by the guide onto and off the boat and transfers from the meeting place were included (some people were piced up at hotels). The trio of musicians were lively and not too obtrusive - they had to play both upstairs and downstairs, so we'd get some respite. the food, buffet style, was good for mass catering, although there were queues as it hadn't been logically placed - soups at the end of the serving area, bread in the middle. Most people ended up with plates stacked high with a mix of non-complementary items to avoid having to return for more! The boat was quite big - plenty of room to move about inside and out. Sights and sounds of Prague in the evening excellent.

This trip was fair at best. There was not narration on the cruise, so it was not a tour of the city, but just a boat ride. The duration was only 3 hours, not 4 and the seating for dinner on the boat was very tight. You could not get up from your seat once seated. The boat was old, the tour guide spoke poor English and after the boat ride, they took everyone back to their hotel...no illuminations tour of the city. The food was OK. Would not recommend this tour for the price...we paid way tooo much for what we got.

Seeing Prague by night on the water is a must so don't be put off by my review but just adjust your expectations accordingly. The food is ordinary at best the service really slow (there were probably 100 people on boat with 2 staff) our guide was extremely hard to understand and didn't really seem like she could be bothered. Have taken many Viator tours and usually love them this was the most disappointing tour by the to date. We are now off on Prague in One Day sightseeing tour let's hope it is the usual hight Viator standard.

Food ok, new friends great, views beautiful. This is a lovely way to see the city and take photos. Drive through the city after the river cruise was fine, and very nice of driver/guide to drop people at their hotels.

Very badly organised. For some reason, we weren't offered a ride back to the hotel even though all other passengers were. Guide was useless, and didn't listen to anyone. Tour finished at 11pm, and the best the guide could do was drop us off in the middle of the city, leaving us to find our way home! The tours are combined with other tours...so this package doesn't seem to give you the 'best' of treatments compared with other travelers.

Worst trip of all - its not a Cruise when you get on a boat only to find that you end up in a queue with a lot of other boats in a canal point. The food gave both my husband and I a really upset tummy - food what should have been served cold was left out and was warm. The tour guide was not informative all we did was get back on the bus and was dropped back at our Hotel. She mentioned perhaps one or two points of interest and that was it. There is no need to start the trip so early in Summer as we went round and round in circles on the River until dust with nothing to see - it became a standing joke amongst the others on the so called "Cruise" - Sorry but POOR! 2/10

Our tour guide Dana was very knowledgable and enthusiastic for the 4 hours of our trip. She really made Prague worthwhile for us in just one tour. We were lucky that the weather was fine as the next day was cold and rainy, and we were lucky the boat was only half full, and so everything was light and easy

Great guide, city beautiful by night. BUT..food sitting out for too long, had to wait forever until allowed to eat,staff overworked..one waitress and one bar person. Kitchen staff x 1 smoking in kitchen after dinner and food still sitting out in boat.

Poor. Buffet dinner was poor and did not even include water or coffee in price. An hour and a half of the four hour cruise was spent in a loc where there was no view at all. The after cruise golden litesw tour was hurried and seen from one parking lot.

An excellent way to get our bearings when we first arrived in Prague and our guide was very knowledgeable and interesting. Helped us by pointing out the things that we needed to include in our short itinerary, and the trip itself identified for us what we'd be able to do in conjunction with other things. The food was excellent, the sights wonderful. The temperature was freezing though, and as the best views were from the outside parts of the boat this detracted a little from the experience - not that this was within the control of the tour company._br/_ Also, my fiancee and I were the only people on the tour, so it was nice that it went ahead anyway. The guide was conscious that there were just the two of us and wasn't imposing and balanced our need for communication and space to enjoy the experience on our own really well._br/_ Highly recommended, especially if you go at a slightly warmer time of year than we did :-).

The cruise is nice, but the meal was terrible. It was buffet style and the guests were like locusts, swarming the buffet tables, pushing and shoving. Plus the food wasn't very good, in some cases not even totally cooked. The waiter served us a bad bottle of wine but the manager would not agree that it was bad and made us pay for it anyway. I would recommend a cruise, but not combined with a meal.

Our tour guide and driver were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about Prague. The food was good. We stood on the top deck while tour guide pointed out all the attractions in Prague while cruising on the river. It was amazing. Our driver was also pleasant and friendly. We can't wait to take the other tours that we booked for our trip to Australia and New Zealand. We just saw some other tours that we will be booking also. Thanks Viator!
