The cost was to much. We could have had a taxie much cheaper. The day we left we had to go an hour earlier to the airport than we wanted but was told that was the only time we could be picked up.

Airport roundtrip transfer was very good. Met by representative at baggage claim; good English; clean air conditioned van. Return pickup got us to airport with plenty of time to spare.

I was fine with the pick up the driver was there upon our arrival which was really great and gave us peace of mind. He did not confirm our return trip but said we had to confirm by meeting someone the next morning at our hotel lobby to get our return voucher. This of course was to have us use their tour services. They were in luck though, we were interested in using a tour service to do an excursion while there. They never showed up though! We waited 20 minutes and then decided to email and call for confirmation instead. I recieved a confirmation via phone and an email from the Tours company confirming a return trip to the airport. Fast forward to our final day when we are waiting for 40 minutes with no pick up ride to the airport!!!! When we called the office no one answered and when we called the cell phone number given on the brochure a very rude man said that the driver left because we were not on time. I explained we'd been waiting for almost 45 minutes and we were on time. Our resort is very big could the drive have gone to a different lobby?! He said there is no way we were there and basically called me a liar. He said I could take a taxi or wait 30 minutes more. I asked the front desk clerk to please explain in spanish where we were exactly and said that yes I would wait because I already paid them to take me to the airport. No apology he just said 30 minutes hung up! Long story short, viator was fine but I would strongly suggest checking into your subcontractor of tours in Puerto Plata.

On time, hard to contact local office to confirm pickup. Really liked the fact plane was a little behind and our pickup bus was there to greet us. I would use again.

Very good transfers. Rep was there @ airport waiting on us. We only had to wait a couple of minutes for another passenger. Van was very good condition and cold blowing air. On the return trip, driver was prompt picking us up and picked up one other couple to go to the airport. Good trip - would do business again. THANKS!!

They were on time, but "bus" is not what is shows in the picture. They just drive vans. We went in the low season, so we did not have to wait for a bunch of drop offs.

The company was right there waiting for us when we got out of the airport. Just be careful when they ask you questions, like do you drink beer? They will bring you over to the vendor and you're kinda stuch paying for beers you didn't want. The ride to our hotel was ok. Got us there quickly. The driver didn't say much. Don't worry about their driving. I'll just say it's very "defensive".

The service was excellent. They were waiting when we came out of the airport with our luggage. Our family of 4 were the only people in the van so there were no other stops to other people's hotels. Same thing on the way back to the airport. Van on time to pick up, air conditioned. Very highly recommend, especially for the price.

We did costumes and exited the airport, it was not easy to find the people in charge, they found us because they saw the voucher on my hand. We had to wait a while before we got going. What bothered me very much, was the fact that they wanted to do business with us, and told us that we HAD to meet one of their agents, next day at 9:00 am, at the hotel,we refused . We called them to reconfirm the pick up on the day of departure, they were on time, but the driver picked up a "tourist guide" on the way to the airport, who expected to get a tip just because he was talking to us on the way to the airport, not very professional. We paid for "TRANSPORTATION" and were not interested at all in any other products, and did not appreciate the pressure they put on us.

Driver met us at airport. Very punctual. Helped us with bags. Was a nice ride from Puerto Plata to Luperon. About 1 hour and 15 min long drive but, driver was courtesy and helpful. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends as this was much cheaper than using the hotel service. It was an old van nothing fancy but, it got us to the hotel.

The bus was clean and the attendants were on time. Although very pushy for tips, demanding "good tip" and "big tip". We typically tip $1 per bag considering they only lifted the bags into and out of the trailer and that didn't seem enough. They also told us the ride would be about 30 minutes, but was more like 1hr 20min. Would have been better (and a bigger tip) if the attendants identified points of interest. But overall, the service and price was good. I would use them again.

We were met at the airport and boarded a van very quickly and taken to Grand Paradise Playa Dorada. Our driver and guide were excellent. Our return trip to the airport went just as smoothly. The driver was on time and very polite. We could not have asked for more.

Our experience with Viator airport transfers was great! I had a question about the transfer and my question was answered quickly and effectively by email before we left on the trip. _br/_ The driver was waiting for us at the airport and took our luggage to the van. The only suggestion would be to make themselves more obvious to the traveler. We walked right past them and had to ask an airport employee where to find them. _br/_ The trip to the resort was quick and pleasant. The van was air conditioned and the seats were comfortable. At the resort, our luggage was handled efficiently and we were on our way to check in in no time. _br/_ On the day we were leaving, we were picked up at the resort with sufficient time to check in and go through security at the airport. _br/_ The price was definitely right as we have tried other transfer companies in the past and paid more for less service. I will definitely use Viator for transfers and any excursions we book in the future. I highly recommend this company.

The driver was waiting for us when we arrived with a large air-conditioned bus. We were the only ones being picked up, so the drive was very quick. Coming back, we picked up on additional couple in a nearby resort. The service was excellent, and I highly recommend them to everyone. I will definitely use them again.
