My experience with Viator was great. I had some assist me as soon as i got my luggage. They brought me over to the Viator booth and i went right to the van and was off to my resort.

Instructions could have been clearer at the airport. Once we found the driver - we had to do a lot of walking to the van. I would not have wanted to be the first 6 in the van without air conditioning - not sure how long they waited but they were hot. Other than that - cost was moderate and service was on time in both directions,.

Excellent service! Driver was waiting for us at the airport holding a sign with my name. Since we were the only passengers to our resort we left right away. Likewise, on the way back to the airport we were the only passengers to be picked up. Would definitely book again.

Everything went well, but vague about how return transportation was to be handled. For some strange reason, wanted me to meet them in the lobby of my hotel the morning after my arrival. Waited for them 15 minutes and left.

Highly recommended. Taxi is private. We didnt have to wait in the big buse (some people wait 45min before leaving airport). We waited 10 min. Great pick up and drop off.

WOULD use again.had 2 waut 10 min at airport for ride to arrive but no one else was in our cab which was great. was supposed to confirm return trip with rep at the resort at 2pm..waited til 230pm but he never showed. went online and called local number and they confirmed return trip for me. good buy for the price

Great service! Driver was waiting at airport and had a sign with my name on it, very clean van, only one other couple. We went quickly to the hotel. I would give about a 0. Two reasons. First, I was told to meet representative in lobby at 9:00 a.m. Went four times (different days), never there. Just what I want to do on my vacation is track down your representative. Then it was difficult to confirm the return trip to airport. Finally, after being able to confirm I was told that my family would be picked up at 12:30. 12:30 came and went. Had to call to complain. Did not get picked up to 1:15. Barely made my flight.

When I arrived at the Punta Cana airport, it was very easy to locate the counter and my reservation was found immediately. The driver was polite and helpful and I was at the hotel in about 11 miles in 20 minutes. However, I was concerned about the return trip...I called on that morning and was told the driver would pick me up at 11:40 am at 11:50. I called back and was told he forgot about me but that someone would be there in 10 minutes...I called back again 20 minutes later..I was concerned I would miss the flight (security is maddening at that airport) but the driver assured me everything would be fine and he did speak English. Around 12:15 he arrived and I was able to get on my flight which left at 2:40 pm. I would have felt more comfortable (maybe confident) with an actual paper return transfer. However, all went well and I would use viator again and recommend them.

My pickup on my wayt to my hotel was very prompt and was very good service, however, on the pickup from hotel back to airpots was suppose to be there at 1pm, my contact was not working and had another service call his personal cell. after 40 minutes, the hotel got us a cab at no charge. we were rushed to our flight

Everything went smoothly when we got to Punta Cana--you were at the airport and on-time for both of our pick-ups (we had to switch resorts and you drove us from one to the other). Your drivers were friendly. I had two problems. First, the person who was supposed to meet me the first morning to confirm my return trip to the airport never showed up. Second, no one answered your phones most of the times that I called--so I was not able to confirm my arrival and I was worried that you had cancelled me. It may be better to give people an option to confirm with you by email rather than by telephone (for the airport pick-up) and in person (for the return trip).

Return to the airport was flawless, driver was on time and all worked out as planned. The arrivial pick-up was a little less perfect. We made the arrangments with Viator however the company picking us up was Coco tours. It would have been helpful if we had been told that before we arrived. It all worked out but in the busy airport an unknown name change of the company is trouble. After finding the booth, it did have the Viator name plate, but it had slid down almost behind another sign and was very small. At any rate it is booth 10 in Punta Cana. If someone did meet us it was lost in the mixup of the name change we were looking for a driver from Viator instead of COco tours but I did not see either one. Overall very good service, we would use again next trip and it would go very easy since now we know. Our resort had four places named almost the same thing so we had some confusion over where to be dropped off, the driver stopped and asked and got it resolved for us. Thanks We took two other tours with Coco while there.

Airport pickup difficult because Sign was hidden and we walked into lot looking for Viator. Eventually we were told to go to counter where a rep sent us to the CoCoTours Van. Driver ncie and return trip fine.

Leaving for the airport to the hotel was fine. All went as planed and glad I scheduled this prior to our trip. Pick up to retrun to the airport was a little late, but they still got us there in plenty of time to catch our flight without being rushed.

Upon arrival at the airport, we could easily locate the counter of the agent who provided the shared transportation. As there were only 3 parties within a nearby neighborhood of hotels, it only took us 25 minutes instead of 1 hour to reach the hotel. However, it was a stupid arrangement that we were being requested to wait for a guy to come to our hotel at 11 a.m. the following morning to confirm our return pick-up time. This meant that we could not join any excursions and had to stay in the hotel to wait for the contact person. Even worse, the guy was late for 45 minutes and kept telling us to relax instead of complain. Not sure whether it was an excuse or not, he said he was unhappy because his mother died etc. Last but not least, after being given a piece of paper with the pick-up time on our departure date, we had to call the agent again 24 hours beforehand to reconfirm once again the pick-up time just in case the number of parties change last minute. Although the shared transport came out to be 50% cheaper comparing to taxi charges (even taking into account for 2 persons), whether you want to waste time waiting for the return pick-up arrangement has to be considered.

They got us there and back but the service wasn't stellar. The first driver dropped us off on the wrong side of the resort, no big deal just a short walk to the correct lobby. Just a little annoying.
