We requested and were hoping for an English speaking guide , there was one passenger that didn't speak English so the tour was in both English and French and we didn't feel his English was that good and it took twice as long for the French language than the English and his English was not that good. We felt we would have had more information if it had all been in English and he was too pro French. David and Norma

Mario and Angel proved very knowledgeable about the history, attractions, and tips about Quebec including where the restrooms were and and how fast the restaurants served. The city tour was delayed by cruise arrival traffic for about 45 min.

The tour was a very good introduction to the city and it's sights and a good thing to do our first day. We had a very interesting, informative, and fun tour guide. The tour was nicely paced between driving around the different parts of the city with points of interesting being commented on and stops to walk around to see Port Royal, the Parliament Building, and the view of Quebec from near the Citadel.

This was a great way to get an overview of the city. We stopped a few times to get out and look around, which was a nice break and allowed a mini trip within the bus trip. The driver/guide was really good and knowledgeable. Well worth taking!

Our tour guide did a great job! We starting off the tour in a bus with a poor quality sound system. Within minutes we were transferred over to a new bus so we could hear all the interesting and entertaining comments about this fantastic city!

very over priced for one and half hour tour, driver was ok, but tour not worth that much money, there was no stop, it was to be done sitting inside the bus itself, very very costly, atleast the ticket should be valid for day and one should be given choice to hop on and hop off at place of interest, photo stops

It was very disappointing that the bus never picked us up for the morning tour we had boked online so we had to take an afternoon tour. Their explanation did not make sense.

Great guide! Amazing tour! Definitely a clutch in the winter-time when you're not too sure if you want to walk. Great way to get to know the city especially if your hotel is in Quebec City. Makes it easier to get around.

We had a wonderful tour guide and enjoyed the city highlights. I would much prefer a smaller bus with fewer passengers. Also, I booked an English speaking guide and we had to listen to him present the English along with the French. That took time away from us as we had to listen to his presentation in a language we do not clearly understand. I do think it was inappropriate of him to request a tip at the end of the tour particularly after mentioning he has a home in Florida, USA where he spends his winters. He can't be that hard up for money! I always tip and I did tip him but I don't think I need to be reminded. When we left Montreal and went on to Quebec, we took a city tour, as well. That guide never mentioned tipping at all. And he only gave the presentation in English which was much more enjoyable.

We had a very knowledgeable tour guide and enjoyed the tour very much. The major problem we had was that we were told that we could catch the tour at the Museum of Civilization when we got off the cruise ship and when we got there no tour bus in sight. We called the tour company and was told that we had to have called them 24 hours before to pick us up there which was impossible since we were on the cruise ship. We had confirmed and paid reservations so we had to rush up to the Hotel Frontenac in less than 15 minutes to catch the tour. The person we talked to at Viator gave us the impression that all we had to do was go to the museum and we could catch the bus there, but even through the confusion we made it up there in time to catch the 9:00 bus. If I ever use this company again I will check out every detail over and over where I would be guaranteed to catch the tour. My wife had a bad knee from knee surgery and was using a cane and it was quite difficult getting up to the hotel but we made it!

We had a most interesting and informative experience on our walking tour. Our tour guide, Reál, took us to some beautiful and historical places, explained the significance of them, and shared some interesting facts and anecdotes about them. He made some recommendations for what else to see (we couldn't cover everything in just a few hours), as well as where to find the best shopping and restaurants. We took advantage of his recommendations, and were very pleased with the places he suggested.

The two hour tour was a way to get oriented in the city and form an idea of what we would like to see more of. The driver was exceptionally friendly and interesting and obligingly answered all the questions put to him. I would recommend a tour like this if you have a short time only in which to discover the city.

This tour was a great start for us, Quebec first timers. The driver tour guide drove us around the city in 2 hours, showing all points of interest. Condensed review, if you like it. Be aware of Quebec punctuality, all tours started on time!
