I really enjoyed the tour of the cellars and was amazed at how much wine could be stored. Our guide was fantastic and very knowledgeable. Although if you do visit other houses you'll hear that the process is practically identical, so visit the one you are most interested in first, then explore the others

The tour guide was good, particularly the last half of the tour. The Grand Cru tasting, however, was a bit disappointing. We only had two glasses of champagne, neither of which appeared to be the luxury cuvee.

I very nice way to spend an hour in Reims. Quick intro film followed by a tour of the cellar with a very pleasant tour guide. Be sure to do the ''Visite Grand Cru''. Not fantastic but not a bad way to start the day.

My husband and I did enjoy this tour. There was only one other Australian couple on the tour with us. The guide was excellent and we came away understanding the making of the champagne in more detail. The champagne tasting at the end was delightful. We would recommend this tour.

I strongly do not recommend this tour. It was like paying to go on a 1hr advertising. The tour starts with a 15min video of the Mumm house which details nothing about the champagne process and was just propaganda about the brand. This is followed by a large group tour of the cellars with a disinterested guide who was not interested in answering any of our questions but more focused on herding us through the tour and promoting the Mumm brand. Also, the cellar itself was incredibly busy and we had to wait to for the tour ahead of us to finish at each spot we stopped at before continuing. I really liked Mumm champagne before but this tour was incredibly disappointing and impersonal.

Very poor. They just showed a film and told us how great they think they are on a short tour. I was hoping to see the stages of actually making the stuff and a viewing of the limestone caves! We paid for the grand cru and they mixed it up and took us on another tour and we had to remind them at the end of the extra tastings. Overall very boring and disappointing and not worth the money we paid.

A fantastic tour a must for when your in Reims. We did the 4 tastings, definitely well worth it. Very informative as well.
