Blue Lagoon Spa Transfer from Keflavik Airport

Reykjavik, Iceland

Talk about chilled! Fly in and head directly for the most relaxing spa you'll ever have at the Blue Lagoon, surrounded by magical lava fields and snow capped mountains. With your transportation all arranged, you can have a water massage or just lie back and relax, then catch your transport back to your hotel in Reykjavik.

The Blue Lagoon is a unique geothermal spa in a lava field south of Reykjavik. The geothermal seawater is fed directly to the Blue Lagoon from deep wells, and the water stays warm and inviting year round at 100/110 degrees Fahrenheit (36/39 degrees Celsius).

The Blue Lagoon's warm water and natural active ingredients (mineral salts, silica and blue green algae) help you relax and escape the stresses and strains of daily life. The lagoon's white silica mud gently cleanses and exfoliates the skin, and has a revitalizing effect. The blue green algae nourishes and softens the skin, while the mineral salts balance and relax body and soul.

Choose from a regular bathing experience (approximately 20EUR, payable locally) or upgrade to an exclusive bath for a touch of luxury. Swimming costumes, towels and bath robes are available for hire. If you'd prefer not to bathe, perhaps you'd like to take a walk in the Blue Lagoon's spectacular surroundings.

Bathing in this surreal environment is a unique experience that no one should miss. It's sure to be one of the highlights of your visit to Iceland.

When we purchased read your information and purchased the ticket we were under the impression that it included the cost of the Blue Lagoon Spa. However, after getting there we realized we only paid for the transfer. I think your "Blue Lagoon Spa Transfer from Keflavik Airport" is a bit misleading. Calling it "Transfer from Keflavik Airport" with copy that describes the possibility of stopping by the Blue Lagoon would be much clearer to your readers. The Blue Lagoon experience was just great. My rating is for the overall experience.

Going to the Blue Lagoon on the way to Reykjavik is the way to do it! Our flight landed at 3pm (15:00) and the bus took us directly to the Lagoon. They held our bags while we swam and drank and were waiting for us when we were finished! I loved the option of 2 different departure times from the blue lagoon to our hotel as well. I would highly recommend!

We had a transfer coach all to ourselves which felt really nice - exclusive driver! He was nic and pointed out a few sights on the way. The blue lagoon was expensive but worth it - it's a one off experience that you have to try. The bags we safe on the coach and the ride into the town was prompt and to the door. Very much recommended way of getting from or to the airport whilst taking in one of the key sights

Great way to arrive in Iceland. Bus driver was in arrivals, left airport half an hour early which gave us half an hour extra at Blue Lagoon. Left luggage on bus. Blue Lagoon is an experience not to be missed and makes you feel you really have arrived in Iceland. Transfer from Lagoon to Hotel takes less than an hour. Would recommend doing this trip on arrival or departure as makes the most of your time (Blue Lagoon is only 20mins from airport).

Great bargain for transportation from the airport to Reykjavik. Not a lot of guidance on where to meet the bus though. Seemed a bit unorganized. Everyone should see the Blue Lagoon but the bargain ride from the airport akone makes this one a great deal.

Easy way to get from the airport to the blue lagoon and then to your hotel. The driver was also very friendly and just happened to be from Canada where I am from. Saves you a lot of time and the blue lagoon has facilities for your luggage and personal items. well worth it.

Very enjoyable, esp in the cold winter time when the warm water of the outdoor pools is steaming up. Could use a bit more information about the pick-up at Keflavik airport, me and my friend were standing outside the terminal waiting for the tour leader and bus...while they were waiting for us inside the terminal!

A great trip...well worth doing on the way to your hotel as you arrive in Iceland, or as you are leaving. Well organised and planned...no problems at all.

It was very nice. The weather was good enough and inside the blue lagoon they have thought about everything for the customers, like shampoo, towels to rent, plastic bag for your wet things.
