We didn't actually take the shuttle as it snowed in Rome the night before we arrived and so the shuttles were not able to get to the airport. The nice thing was that the person at the counter where we had to go on arrival paid someone else to take us to our hotel. We would have had a problem if we had just arrived and wanted to get a taxi or shuttle that day.

This by far was the WORST shuttle I ever had! I did it to avoid waiting, but was told to wait 45 min for the shuttle. When we came back, we had to wait for others, another 30 min. THEN, we had to carry our bags and carry on luggage to the very furthest part of the parking lot on the opposite end of the airport. It was over 2 hours to get to the hotel, that was 20 min away. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Bit disappointed, since we had to wait nearly an hour for our pick up. Straight forward journey, not much traffic in the evening. We could have taken the direct train to central Rome. Worth it if it is your first time in Rome and arriving at late evening or night. We did take the train back from central Rome to the airport. Very straight forward and comfortable and cost us 14 euros one way.

This was a really great idea. Never having been in Rome before and not speaking the language, this made the transition from the airport to the hotel so easy. We were taken right to the front door. I highly recommend this for any trip someone has planned.

Even though transfer booked and payed for and our flight landed on time we were told we had another 45 minutes to wait for the next shuttle transfer. We never found out why - the website says the driver waits up to 1 hour after scheduled flight arrival._br/_ On the plus side, the driver was very good and pointed out the sites of interest en-route._br/_ Helpful with our baggage.

Best to avoid this service. First there we had a ten minute walk to terminal 3. Then they said there would be a twenty minute wait. Ten minutes later, they said the bus had broken down, the next shuttle would be an additional thirty minutes later (and, suspiciously, we were the only two people traveling at that time; did they perhaps think it was not worthwhile?). We complained, and the representative, to her credit, did call other companies. After another 20 minutes she found another to take us, and even took us to the curbside to find the driver. That took another ten minutes. So in the end we got on the shuttle roughly 45 minutes after arriving at the Viator desk. Not very impressive.

After being told our driver would collect us in 10minutes, we waited a further 40mins !! this we felt was not really acceptable as at the start of our holiday we just wanted to get to our hotel. Once we got taken to the minibus - a 5min walk from the airport itself - we were started to see a sign saying **if you want to get to your hotel tip the driver** - we always tend to give our drivers a tip, but on this occasion no passengers including ourselves did tip the driver we found this quite cheeky. We were dropped off some streets away from our hotel as it was beside the trevi fountain, but then found out that other operators come to the small square beside the fountain to drop passengers off which was only 10 steps from the front door of our hotel which would have been very helpful when you arrive in a strange city.

Needed to locate where we had to organise the shuttle. Which I would have thought it would have been more professional to greet you as was pre-paid. Once organised, we had to wait for the driver. The service at the desk was very unprofessional.

These transfers were excellent. They were convenient and gave us peace of mind knowing we wouldnt be taken for a ride as there are so many charletons out there. Upon arrival at FCO, the kiosk for our shuttle was easy to locate and we were on our way to our hotel within 20 minutes! The driver was excellent and was able to drop us off within steps of our hotel. We will definitely use this service again!

After travelling for over 30 hours it was great to be picked up at the airport and taken to the front door of our hotel. 2 other couples, going to different hotels, shared the shuttle so we got a bit of a tour of Rome as well.

These guy's were great!! I walk through customs, and about 10 yards away was the office. I showed them my voucher and 5 minutes later I was in an air conditioned van on my way to my hotel. They dropped me off at the front door. After the overnight journey, you don't want to have to mess with ground transportation.

The easy way to get into Rome especially if there are no time constraints. Arrived on a busy, end of week, peak hour trip into central Rome. Relaxing to leave it all to the driver while I mentally arranged my brain into Italian mode! The voucher desk is right by the arrivals exit so very easy. Driver comes and gets you.
