The shuttle runs every 30 to 40 minutes between 6:30am for flights departing at 9:30am to 9:00pm. When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Rome accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed immediately and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.

Rome city hotels can be located down narrow cobblestone streets so it's impossible for the shuttle to drive down these sideways. In this case, the shuttle will collect you as close to the front of the hotel as possible.

Excellent service! Company easy to contact from hotel. Provided status of driver enroute. Due to size of street, driver assistant came to us at hotel and we walked about 2 blocks to van. It was not a problem at all. Arrived timely to airport. Great service! I'll definitely use Viator again.

i have to rate this low as the car arrived 25 minutes late and for a most parts of the journey was driving 160 kph. he answered his phone twice while driving and also sent texts during a hair raising trip to the airport.

the driver was very prompt and helpful when he picked us up at the hotel and dropped us off at the airport . There were other people sharing the minibus and they got out at a different terminal to us and the driver made sure that we got back onto the bus to be dropped off at our terminal. Would recommend this shuttle service.

The return shuttle was on time, our one problem was the speed the driver was doing through Rome, going down very small streets at high speeds, after picking up another couple we headed to the airport once again at very high and almost dangerous speeds, we proceeded to go down a dirt lane, under a motorway bridge into a scrap yard through a homless persons shetler again at high speed the driver telling us *not to worry i am taking a shortcut* - this we did not expect we had lots of time and got from the centre of rome to the airport in approximately 35mins, this we found was not acceptable but was a dangerous journey and only glad it was our homeward shuttle and not the incoming one.. Surely drivers have a speed to stick to and passenger safety is the most paramount thing !!

Pickup time was supposed to be at 6:50 PM and pickup did not happen until 7:40PM. Once we have been picked up by driver number one, we were dropped of at a certain stop and were waiting for driver number two to pick us up and drop us off at the airport. We barely made it to our flight on time and I hate to think hoe frustrating of an experience this would have been, if indeed we had missde our flight._br/_ based on this experience, I am not sure if I would be inclined to use this service again in the future or recommend it to others.

Easy transfer, pick up a little bit late, but the Rome Airport is frustrating.... You have to check in at one end of the airport and then walk to the other end of the airport for security and then walk down to the other end again to get your flight. Not an easy airport to navigate.

The phone number given to call was never answered, so after multiple trys and nervousness I called the emergency number. They answered had my reservation and picked me up as stated. I was at the airport 3 hours early, but better early than late. All in all a good experience and cheap too.

I would not use this service again. Driver was not friendly, shuttle van was unbearably hot, and luggage was stacked so much on top of my luggage that the weight caused my toothpaste to squeeze out and baby power to explode in my toiletry kit. Using a private transfer is worth the extra money.

Not recommended!_br/_ First off, getting in touch with the local Italian company that Viator works with was a complete nightmare. I ran up an 8 Euro phone bill from my hotel because I had to call these people 5 times. Someone would answer the phone without even saying a word and put you on hold for a good 10 minutes. Finally, on the 5th call I actually spoke to a human being. The woman I spoke with was incredibly rude, and quite frankly, pretty dumb. I gave her my voucher # and explained that I was confirming my hotel pick up. After putting me on hold twice, she proceeded to inform me that I would not be getting picked up outside my hotel, and would have to meet the van at a nearby Piazza at 10:45 am. On the day of our flight, my husband and I arrived at the meeting point at 10:30 am. At 11:15 we started freaking out, and seriously considered just taking a cab. At 11:30 the van finally showed up. The driver threw our bags into the trunkq and pushed us into our seats without even acknowledging that he was 45 minutes late. And to add insult to injury, he drove like a lunatic, and was on his cell the entire time. Avoid this transfer at all costs - it is not worth the anxiety!

They were on time and got us to the Rome airport with enough time to make our flight. The van was OK, but smelled stale and could have been cleaner. The driver didn't speak any English, and couldn't answer questions about which terminal we needed to go to. Everyone was dropped off at the same place, and we spent some time having to figure out how to get to the USAirways terminal, which required a shuttle from the main terminal. This used up some time, but we still were OK getting to our flight. But they provided the service we paid for - timely transportation to the airport. If you have two or more people, though, and can fit your luggage in a taxi, it won't cost you anymore from central Rome than the shuttle did, and you won't have to make stops to pick up passengers at other hotels. The taxi was 44 euro, which was about what we paid for the shuttle for two people.
