At first we were disappointed to find the cruise cancelled on day it was booked because of rain. But no trouble in using our tickets the next day. Staff very helpful.

Comfortable, pleasant, informative audio available in multiple languages. There aren't a LOT of sights visible from the river, but the bridges are lovely and even if nothing else the boat ride is an inexpensive excursion and scenic and relaxing transportation alternative. Crew was friendly and accommodating. An enjoyable experience

While this trip has a great potential, it needs significant improvement to make the best of it. The tour guide focuses only on churches and in a detail, which is not worth without the the bigger contest.

The trip was very disappointing, the commentary seem to focus on bridges more than other architecture and wasnt in sync with the buildings passed. We decided to get off after the first half and not return.

Very poor choice on our part. I thought it was the same format as the Hop-On-Hop-Off buses. Wrong. You got on, sailed to the other end, and got off. No stops along the way.

Nice little boat, and a comfortable cruise, not a great deal to see other than bridges but only lasts about 1 hour, it was an inexpensive way to see that little bit more of Rome, and made a nice break from walking.

Very little to be seen from the river as the river walls are very high. The steps down are slippy and definitely not for the faint-hearted. Money better spent on the Hop-On Hop-Off Bus tour, although the staff at the embarkation point were very helpful. If you do book this tour, remember to go to the toilet just before, as there is no toilet on the river bank, nor on the boat itself and it's a long way up and down those steps!

I did enjoy this as it was an hour cruise and I could sit back and relax. The boat was covered over, so you couldn't really take any photos, but it was still a nice little trip if you like small boats.

After the successes of other tours was disappointed with this cruise. No outside seats on the boat, so particularly warm in August. Because of the high banking on each side of the river there is not much to see of the city of Rome from the boat during the cruise, unlike other city cruise's such as Paris, Prague, Amsterdam etc. There was a detailed history to each of the bridges that were passed but this did not compensate for the lack of views of the city. Sorry but, Rome and the River Tiber are not meant for tourist river cruises.

The tour was rather boring. I expected it to go farther down the Tiber. Also, it was difficult to hear the tour because of rowdy children who ran wild the entire trip.

There is not much to see from the Tiber, just the graffitied retaining walls and the very tops of the buildings right next to the river. The commentary on the cruise was good, yet we could not see the buildings they were talking about from the boat.

It was a welcome respite from the heat on the air conditioned boat. I was mistaken in my belief that we would be able to see the Colosseum but all the history about the bridges was fascinating.
