Supershuttle driver was courteous and on time but I had to explain that I paid through Viator. Might want to check communications between Viator and super shuttle. Good diver and got us to OAK in plenty of time though I had to pay an additional $10.

the only complaint is that the seat belt in the second seat back on the left side was broken and would not buckle.
