到着階ではなく一つ上の階の外側のレーンに来ます。クーポンその他にその情報が無く、右往左往しました。informaionに人が居なかったので、日本人ツアー会社の出迎えの人に訊いてやっと分かりました。後は紺色のジャンパーを着た人が手配してくれます。時速90mileで飛ばしていたけど運転は危な気なかったです。

We found the location for pick up very good and the guy that we first saw was very polite and told us where to wait for the van. I cannot say the same for the driver as it was pouring with rain and he did not even open the door to let us in and when he did he did not even raise the belt that held the luggage down we had to do that ourselves and as for his driving it was awful

We made it to the hotel that's why we gave the rating of one star.The driver was a complete reckless and unsafe maniac.Everyone in the van was white knuckling it holding on for dear life.This is the second time we have used this shuttle company,the first time the driver dropped my husband and I off at the wrong hotel._br/_ We all got out of the van saying to each other "Good Luck "._br/_ NEVER,NEVER again we rather walk !!

The porter was unfriendly. The shuttle service actually requires pre-booked but it does not say on Viator voucher. I had to wait for a porter who is available and willing to take me to hotel.

The service was prompt and instructions from via tour very clear but actual bus was barely road worthy. Back bench seat actually moved as we travelled along and upholstery was badly damaged. One seat belt was held together with gaffa tape.

Very poor and dangerous._br/_ We were crammed into the vehicle and had to have some of our luggage on our laps as rear boot space was full to the ceiling. Every seat was taken, even the front seat next to the driver.We kept looking at the luggage, which was floor to ceiling in the boot space, as we were sitting at the very back of the vehicle and were worried as in the event of an accident, the uppermost pieces of luggage would have slid into the back of our heads. The passenger in the front had luggage on his lap also.

I was a little disappointed in the airport to hotel transfer. I understood that the van would make stops to several airlines, that was fine. However, my voucher indicated that the transfer would only be from the airport to hotels and not to private residences. There were nine (9) passengers. I was the third from the last to be dropped of and of the first six, four (4) were dropped off at either a private residence or a storage unit facility.

I would recommend this only because of fare. Other than that it was terrible....we had to walk quite a distance to get shuttle. Then the driver took over 1/2 hr after all of us had boarded to figure out his walkie talkie....he then proceeded thru I believe the WORST section of San Francisco....there were alternate routes as we rented a car and never went in that area again....we saw hookers and a needle exchange place on our way into the city...Not, something you want to see at the beginning of your trip....Hubby and I looked at each other like....what are we doing here????
