Bought this for my parents 30th wedding anniversary and they thoroughly enjoyed it. They said the champagne was flowing for the whole trip and the food and atmosphere was brilliant. The pictures of the boat looked lovely and exactly as shown on this website.

Very nice afternoon. Food was ok, not great but we weren't there for the food. The views were beautiful and it was worth the money spent.

Good food and atmosphere, friendly service and an awesome view of the city and the bridges. (Depending on the weather of course) I booked this trip for my boyfriend's birthday and he loved it. We had a great time together!

Although the trip itself was was really good and the food excellent, I found that our 'allocated waiter' was unattentive. I consumed 3 glasses of champagne during the trip, of which I had to flag him down and ask each time. At times I felt invisible and wondered if he was doing it on purpose!! No one else seemed to have the same problem. Hmmm....

This was an excellent value for money brunch cruise, the food was very varied and plentiful, the champagne glass (screw cap bottles but a good taste) was replenished as soon as the glass was empty.

The brunch turned out better than I thought it would. Granted, it was your typical 'brunch' food (breakfast items, salads, roast beef, tilapia, dessert, etc), but there was plenty of it. And the champagne...I rarely had to ask for a refill. The waiters were polite and attentive...I have no complaints. Overall, it was a relaxing, enjoyable way to start the day...'Mother's Day' to be exact....ps. My mom couldn't stop raving about it. So yes, a definite 'must do'.

We loved it - our only regret was not calling ahead to make sure that our two reservations were seated side by side. One party was on the first floor and one on the second. However, once we were done eating, we were able to mingle on any floor, including the upper observation deck.

This was a great excursion and we were so lucky with the weather on the day and, after 4 days in SF, finally managed to see the Golden Gate Bridge, infact we sailed right under it. As people have said before on here, the champagne really does flow for the whole 2 hours you are on board. The food is good and plentiful and the lounge singer on our deck was great. She acted as tour guide as well as singer. This is a sit down meal so we had our own table for the duration of the trip. The waiter who served us was fantastic and even got me some peach juice to make Bellinis with. Gratuities are included in the price of the booking but we tipped him a bit more as he went out of his way to give fantastic service. The only annoying thing was that you are told to be at Pier 3 30 minutes before the time on your confirmation. We turned up at 10.30 as our boat was due to sail at 11am but it was gone 11.30 before we set sail. I don't know if this is a regular accurence but I wouldn't bother getting there more than 10 minutes before 11am. As long as you have reconfirmed in advance your table is booked for you so you can avoid hanging around for ages.

Absolutely fantastic! A great start to our holiday. The Viator organization as usual worked perfectly. The champagne was in plentiful supply, the food was wonderful, and the whole ambiance of the ship and atmosphere were great. I highly recommend this to everyone. Don't leave San Francisco without going on this trip. Better than Alcatraz!

The voucher stated that parking was available on Pier 33 - too far for us to walk! So we had to make other arrangements. When we arrived at Pier 3 to board there was parking for passengers right there! Pier 33 had not been used for this purpose for many years, we were told by the Hornblower crew.

The boat was very nice, the staff was very friendly and efficient, and the piano player music was enjoyable. The food was attractively set up, and the quality and taste were very good. The only thing keeping me from giving the cruise a perfect score was the weather. It was a little rough, so we were not able to go under the Golden Gate Bridge or to Angel Island, but they showed us oither sights. It is worth going on this cruise, and we would go on the Brunch Cruise again.

Our family of 5 spent a fantastic couple of hours on a Saturday brunch cruise in early September. The food was extremely well presented and very tasty. Plenty of drinks for an extra cost, with free-flowing champers all the way. Great views of the bay & the Golden Gate; you couldn't get much closer. A memorable trip & highly recommended.
