The morning tour to Muir Woods and Sausalito was excelent but the afternoon tour was terrible. The driver (Keneth) is completely crazy, intolerant and rude. He does not allow people to talk during the tour (even kids)!!! I didn´t know that we were suposed to keep our mouths shut during the entire tour. We asked for another bus and driver. After that the tour was good, but Keneth almost ruined our day. i don´t think this driver is prepared to deal with tourists.

This is really 2 separate 1/2 day tours, not a single 1 day tour with not enough time between the two to get lunch. It should be advertised as such!_br/_ The Muir Woods and Sausalito tour was disappointing. Not much was said to prepare us for the walk in Muir Woods or our time in Sausalito. However, the commentary was good and informative in general._br/_ The city tour was very good and well worth while.

Pretty good tour, good for those who stays just few days in SF. The only thing I didn't like is the separation of these tours. We had to come back to company's office after trip to Sausalito and Muir Woods, and take another tour to explore the city itself. I would rather use all that time (about two hours) to see more of San Francisco, instead of coming back to company's office and then wait for like an hour for another tour' departing.

great tour guide and wonderful office staff at pier office. too much down time-suggested we eat while in Sausilito and then had 45 wait at pier till tour of the city. also took the Hop on Hop off -again great tour guide and ride was fun and informative

Would have liked to have stopped more during the San Francisco city tour. But understand time constraints. Overall, it was excellant and informative tours.

Good way to see a lot in a day but the experience of getting on and off the tour busses at the terminal is chaotic and no one explains what should be happening or which bus you're supposed to be on. Muir woods is worth seeing though the roads in and out may churn your stomach and the stay isn't long enough so most only see the central valley. Sausalito isn't worth the stop and the driver stopped in a poor location for us to take photos of the Golden Gate bridge - it would have been superbly framed in the trees if he'd stopped just 500 meters earlier. City tour started late and felt rushed. Not enough time to get to good photography locations at the bridge, 10 minutes at twin peaks is too little, we drove past some beach but didn't stop, there's no stopping at the famous Alamo square houses and the drivers returning people to their hotels seemed a little condescending each time a passenger got off the bus. Needed more time at Muir woods, more time at the Bridge and Twin Peaks, less time at Sausalito.

It was nice to be driven around to the highlights of the city. We got to see things we would not have had we tried to drive to them ourselves. The only reason I gave it a 4 was because I was not overly thrilled with the one tour guide.

This is a great taster of San Francisco tour. Our guide Troy was fantastic, if you can make sure you get him as your guide. Sausalito is beautiful shame we didnt have more time here. Tour was conducted in very professional manner, definately recommend.

If you are short on time this is worth doing although I feel that there is too much time given to the stop in Sausalito. This tour is divided into two halves where you return to their HQ to chage buses and continue with the City tour in the afternoon. This may give you the opportunity to grab a bite to eat. The tour guides varied. Troy on the Muir Woods trip was excellent. The Deluxe tour is recommended over the hop on hop off as the tour winds it way up to twin peaks where you can have an unparalled view over the city.

Muir Woods and Sausalito Day trip - _br/_ This trip needs some modification. You get almost an hour and half which is quite enough to look around but then they take you to Sausalito and give you only 45 mins which is crazy less, cos Sausalito is a nice little place full of shopping stores and restaurants that you need more time. In 45 mins you have to hurry to even grab a quick bite. After that they take you back to their office and you have to wait for an hour for the city tour. So there is some serious time management issue here._br/_ San Francisco Deluxe City Tour - This tour is appropriately timed and planned. You get enough time at all the touristy spots that they take you. You see all the districts and stops are made at the golden gate bridge, twin peaks and some beach.

This was a great tour, which covered a lot of territory and really showed off the best areas. Muir Woods is incredible, as is Sausolito. This tour gives you a taste, and if you want to spend more time, you can go back. The city tour is excellent, and gave a thorough glimpse of San Francisco. I would highly recommend both of these tours

Muir Woods are very impressing, but the time you have there to get around is very limited max 1 hour. Sausalito is a nice little town too, but not a must see, but good enough to make a stop to get sth. to eat. The city tour is really great and you get to see and to know a lot, and the whole city is almost covered. I definitely would attend this tour again.

Particularly liked Muir Woods and Sausalito - worth a trip on its own via the ferry. The coach driver was one of those that never ever shut up - they need to know when to keep quiet as their voice and endless repetition become very boring and intrusive. Training is required for our driver.

This was a great tour for someone who didn't have much time and wanted to see as much as possible. My only complaint would be that there was a double up on sites but I was expecting that due to previous reviews. The bus driver that I had for the city tour in the afternoon was excellent and even offered to take photos for his tour party which was greatly appreciated by me as I was travelling alone. One thing to note, If you are getting dropped off at your hotel take the address with you as the tour place does not save the addresses for the drop-offs, they expect you to know where you are staying.

I thought the tour was okay. I have taken other tours through Viator, and I must say that I was very disappointed with this San Francisco tour. I enjoyed the Muir Woods and Sausalito part of the tour in the morning. The vity tour was very boring. The tour guide basically repeated the same things our morning tour guide had said and I could barely understand him. I would have liked to have gotten off the bus during the city tour. Also, both of my tours were late leaving. We passed by the same areas on both tours even though they were different. I almost felt like I was taking the same tour. It was a mediocre tour at best. As for the tour bus company, it would be nice if they explained exactly how the tours will operate, what type of bus will be on the tour and approximately how much time the tours run. I had no idea that my tours were separate and that we would be wasting so much time going back and forth to catch different buses.

The City Tour was very enjoyable as well as informative. Our guide really knew the city. Our visit to Muir Woods was spectacular. What a beautiful and peaceful place with wonderful photo opportunities. One hour in Sausalito was insufficient, so we made a return trip by ferry the following day and explored the town at our leisure.

The Deluxe City Tour was great! This is a must do! As for the Muir Woods part of the tour, I would say to pass on it and just take the ferry from San Francisco to Sausalito on your own so you are not rushed and can take in the views from the Ferry.

San Fran was nice, Sausalito was OK, but Muir Woods was very interesting. I thought these were the giant trees you could drive a car through--they're big enough, but not that big. Still very interesting. Our tour guide was excellent and had more historical info than I expected. Great tour!
