A great tour that provides all the highlights of a great city. Saw Chinatown, passed over the Golden Gate bridge, with stops at some of the most beautiful scenery around. Driver very personable and professional, though the tour time was actually more like 3 hours and not 3 1/2, probably due to the fact that we had only 25 people and not the 50 the bus would normally hold.

Our tour guide was very rude, we had to take a taxi in as the bus arrived b4 designed time, we were outside at designated pick up time. He was rude to the hotel staff when they went to call us, did not wait for her to notify us, but said "I don't have time for this" and left b4 she could even pick up the phone. This was backed up by another hotel emp. were in the elevator. At our expense we took a taxi to office and saw the bus. I went and tapped on the door and he told us 2 go check in. When I entered, I excused myself 4 going in front of ppl in line telling office staff that the bus was waiting on us at which time see told me to get in line very rudely, again I stated that the bus driver told us to check in so he could leave, again GET IN LINE. Finnally one of the manangers came in and I told him what was going on and he had her check us in immed. Upon going out to catch the bus,it was pulling away, with the driver knowing full well we were checking in. We then had to take another shuttle to catch up with the bus. He made some very rude comments when we got on board. At which time I told him we would talk about it after the tour was over privately. The tour was boring and bc of the fog could not see alot of the things listed. He then approached me on the side of the bus at The Twin Peaks. It was held in the most unprofessional way. Would NEVER use that tour company again, also a large bus is not tour friendly. VERY BORING TOUR

Well worth doing if you do not have a lot of time in San Fransisco. We were very lucky we booked the morning trip as the views were clear but by the afternoon the fog had come in and visibility was very poor. A bit disappointed we didn't get to drive over the Golden Gate Bridge.

This was a good tour to give an overview of the city. It was good to do on the first day so that we could re-visit area's of interest. this company offers afternoon tours which is good because i flew into SF in the morning and then was able to do a city tour on the same day.

This trip seemed to cover all of San Francisco, and gave us a really good introduction to the city. There were a number of stops along the way, and these didn't feel rushed. I would definately recommend this trip to anyone who is visiting San Francisco for the first time.

The overview of the city seemed quite complete, though the bus driver's talk appeared over-rehearsed or done too many times. Disconcerting was the fact that the bus was leaning to one side, combined with the fact that the driver kept apologizing for it and assuring us that it was safe and that maintenance just hadn't had time to fix it. There was also a large crack in the windshield against most State laws, I think - especially on a public carrier. It appeared that the company doesn't pay sufficient attention to safety and maintenance. For the image of the company, the drivers should not be allowed to smoke at every stop or any stop as it makes the company look really trashy.

We enjoyed seeing the sights and hearing the commentary. The weather was good so we were able to see the Golden Gate Bridge and get good pictures. The view from Twin Peaks was breathtaking. I had bttn to San Fran 2 other times and didn't know about this. However, if the weather had been bad, I don't think there was quite enough to recommend the tour. There were only 2 real stops and we would've like more.

Tour was well planned, saw much of San Fran. Also, as it turned out, the morning of our tour was the Bay to Beaches marathon and the driver worked very hard to get around and thru the traffic and ensure that we got to see everything, even if it was in a different order.

Bus driver was cordial and shared a lot of great information. We observed that the restrictions for buses by city regulations where it's ok to stop etc. limited access to some of the sites. Perhaps the City could consider the value of the tourist industry when making the rules.

A nice tour to get an idea what you could see better in San Francisco. A great stop at the Golden Gate Bridge with an amazing view from there! We suggest that they offer a longer City Tour with more stops as well. Some places deserve a stop i.e. Victorian houses to take pictures and enjoy it. We took the rest of the day to explore Downtown.
