Service was successful once we were picked up, but the process before was very clunky. The transfer people didn't even know what Viator was, and it took persistence for us to get them to believe we booked through a reputable source. So we spent way too much time on the phone sorting this out.

Dreadful!!! Had to phone to re-confirm the booking - spent 20 minutes on the mobile explaining the booking!!! This was an international call. Was then told we had to have a paper copy of the booking for the driver - however the website states that an electronic copy would be suitable. We would never use Viator again!!!!

Would not use this service again! Pick-up was late (we had to call the company to find out where the driver was). The driver then did two more pick-ups prior to dropping us at the airport - these picks-ups were out of the way and not on a convenient route to the airport (our location was only a half-hour from the airport). As a result we were over an hour late getting to the international airport and checking in late for our flight - which by that time, the flight was fully booked and we were put on standby and not allocated seats on our flight back to Australia. Extremely disappointing service - especially when it was a late night pick-up and we were travelling with two small children. The driver was then rude & pushy when we refused a service tip due to the extremely late arrival and poor route planning whilst we rushed to check-in. Don't use this service!!

Shuttle Driver was early and prompt in picking us up from home to airport. He is friendly. I suggest to avail the Viator Service, as this really is a worry free type of trip planning.
