I had been on a dinner crusie in New York and thought doing a cruise on San Francisco bay would be great, but it wasn't. We arrived at the pier and thought our boar was there. We went upto the gate, but it was boat for a private function. OK, so this boat would be leaving shortly when all the guests had arrived, then our boat would pull in and we could board. But no this did not happen, The private charter did not leave pier until 7.30pm, we were to board at 7.00pm. Our boat finally arrived, thinking great we can get out of the cold wind. No, this did not happen either. We stood out in the cold for another 20 minutes before they would let us on the boat. This was not a good start to the evening. We finally boarded, shown to our table upstairs by the window. Food was average and drinks are extra. Sites and lights of the bay, buildings and Sausalito were great. The band were good, but a bit loud, but hthey got many people up dancing.

All I have to say is that I had a great experience. I went to the dinner cruise to celebrate my one year anniversary and had a very good time. It was very romantic. Me and my husband had the time of our lives!! We will never forget.

I am sure it would have been great but if you are the least bit motion sick do NOT go on this cruise. I didnt even make it out of the dock I asked the server if it would be smoother once we got moving and he said it gets worse. The thing that really sucks is you dont get your money back no even a portion of it.

We loved our evening on the dinner cruise. It was showering when we arrived and there was no view but the staff were lovely and attentive. Dinner was very nice - we opted to pay the little extra for the top dinner choice, and it was worth it. We were told clearly that certain things were extra, so didn't receive a nasty shock at the end. The band were good - 2 men who played a good range of music. Part way through the evening, the rain cleared and all the lights were visible. The commentary was good, informative but at times a bit difficult to hear. We would definitely recommend this trip to anyone - there were a couple of young children who were well behaved all evening, but in general, I wouldn't take children under teenage years

Staff was very polite and curteous. Elegant ambience with unique dinner with a wide range of selection of meals. Cruse in the bay, admire the illuminated buildings and enjoy your dinner while liste to m elodies....and dance if you want. The only thing I missed some international well known songs. You will not be boring even participate alone.

Enjoyable and relaxing. The weather was perfect and the overall arrangement was perfect to celebrate with my son's 30th Birthday with family. The service was Excellent. There were only two items I would have liked improved: The appetizer was bland, and the band was ordinary. All considering, I felt I received more than what I paid for. It was a memorable night for me and my family and would recommend this event to anyone.

For a prepaid trip, I was caught off guard with a tab in the end of over 200 plus dollars. The tab included drinks, a couple of dessert upgrades, but most of all the outrageous gratuity charges! It resulted in 50% of our bill. I was livid! I only paid and did not make a scene because it was my wife's 50th birthday celebration. In the end, I was disappointed. I thought I was going to try another trip on my birthday, but decided against it.

We felt that there was not enough time in the cruise and felt it should have been longer. We had been served our dinner and then it was time to disembark. When I booked the cruise I thought everything was included until we were on the ship and found out that cocktails were on a separate bill as was the deserts. We were nearly docked before couples managed to get up and dance. Lighting was poor so it was difficult to read the menu.

This was the 1 year anniversary for my girlfriend and me. I wanted to do something different, something she would never think of. The cruise exceeded our expectations. We felt like royalty. It was very fancy, fun and beautiful, especially when the captain brings you up near Richardson Bay along the waterfront of Sausalito. One word, beautiful! You will love this cruise.

There was not much atmosphere on board! It supposed to be more alive and a bit more informal. Definitely change the starter from the menu. San Francisco and the captain made the trip magical especially the 360 rotation just before get back!

The service of the meal took too long. We finished the first course and waited 20 minutes for the main, same with the dessert. The standard of the food was good but lacked in presentation. By the time we finished the meal, the boat had docked and the staff were in a hurry to clean up and go home.

My date and I had a great time. Only thing was that it was rainy so we didn't go out on the deck too much. The meal was great! Definitely recommend the lamb. Also the entertainment guy was alright, but it would have been nice to hear consecutive slow songs to dance to.
