THE HELICOPTER TOUR WAS WONDERFUL. NEVER BEEN IN ONE OF THOSE THINGS BEFORE. IT WAS RAINING, SO THAT DID COMPLICATE A LOT OF THINGS LIKE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM, BUT THE TOUR WAS GOOD. OFCOURSE WE COULD NOT SEE AS MUCH AS WE COULD HAVE SEEN ON A CLEAR DAY, BUT NO ONE IS IN CHARGE OF THE WEATHER. WAS REALLY HAPPY THEY DID NOT CANCEL OUR TOUR THOUGH. PILOT WAS GOOD AND FLYING UNDER THE GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE WAS VERY COOL, ALSO SEEING ALCATRAZ FROM THE AIR.

AWESOME,AWESOME,AWESOME! This was the highlight of our trip:) We were picked up at the Hilton in Union Square at 10:00 am. Arrived at the airport approximately 1/2 hour later. We were brought right to the helicopter and the pilot was waiting for us. The helicopter itself was amazing:))) Leather bucket seats, cup holders,head phones with a microphone....totally cool....I felt like I was a movie star:) The flight itself was beautiful....we saw ALL of San Francisco, Alcatraz and most importantly flew UNDER THE GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE!!! Yes, under the bridge....scary but, exciting at the same time. Loved the pilot....we wanted to do something later in the day and he told us about Coppola winery....OH MY GOSH!! This too is a must!!! Beautiful winery, terrific wine, fabulous food.....Would highly recommend taking the helicopter tour....It was worth every penny we spent!!! KUDOS !!!!!!

This helicopter trip was amazing. We had been picked up as arranged and transported to the helipad. We were lucky enough to be the only passengers as others had cancelled and I was able to sit alongside,the pilot, Ron, who gave us a great commentary as we flew around the city. It was a pity that the Golden Gate Bridge was surrounded in the famous fog, but we were still able to fly underneath it, TWICE, the highlight of the tour. It was really great and well worth the extravagance!

Wow...fantastic experience for me and my husband. I was our last day and really closed out our week. I will warn that the helicopter holds 6 people so somebody sits in front and one person sits in the middle (if there are 6 of you). My husband sat up front and he said it was the most amazing thing because it is just pure windows and you see all angles. Flying under the Golden Gate Bridge is a true experience and one that will not be forgotten. I would do it all over again if the opportunity came up.

I cannot sing enough praises for this helicopter tour! What a spectacular ride! This was my first time on a helicopter and I absolutely could not have picked a better city than San Francisco. In the 25-minute flight time, you are truly able to see the entire city and it was such a treat to fly underneath the Golden Gate Bridge. If you have the opportunity to sit in the front seat, DO IT! I just felt like I was floating on cloud 9 the whole time!

It was a beautiful sunny weather when I took a helicopter tour above the town. Pick up coach driver and the pilot was very nice and helpful. The ride completed the impression of SF what I have got on the earth while roaming on the streets of this wonderful city. All in all, it's a must tour when you are in San Francisco. We took your 1.30 pm SF trip on the November 1st. We were six in all & met up with our children & their spouses to celebrate our daughter's 40th birthday, the trip being her special present. We were all thrilled & excited by the trip & enjoyed every second of it, only wishing it could have been longer. A special thanks to our pilot who was courteous & patient as he tried to answer all our questions & his comentary & comments were well delivered & informative. He gave us a really wonderful trip. Would also like to thank the very personable & friendly young man who picked us up & delivered us Pier 39. He also was extremely courteous & gave us a guided tour with commentory to & from the pad at Sausalito. From all of us, I would like to say that the whole trip was great value for money, the service & the aircraft superb & if anyone wants the thrill & excitement of a lifetime then hurry to do this with Viator. Rest assured, you will not be disappointed in anyway & will regret that you haven't done this before. We have done a couple of helicopter trips before, but this was the best. We shall certainly repeat the experience if we are fortunate enough to come back to SF. My Wife's words, "Incredible, Marvellous, Magical" !

Well what can I say. Our pilot flew us under the Golden Gate Bridge! How awesome an experience is that. The pilot was knowledgable, friendly and made the trip memorable. We were picked up by a friendly driver from our hotel, departed from the airport, taken on a wonderous flight all around and over San Fran and landed over at Sausalito from where they ferried us back to Fishermans Wharf after a beautiful lunch.
