Excellent tour. The tour guide was very knowledgable but it was kind of hard to hear him if you weren't sitting close. I wish we had gotten to Old San Juan a little earlier because most of the shops close at 6pm. I would recommend this tour.

What a great day. Our tour guide Cruz made the tour. He was informative, easy to talk to and made the tours over the top fun.The Tour of the Fort at Old San Juan was the best. The view from the fort over looking the sea was breathtaking . Take the tour you won't be disappointed.

The driver/tour guide drove us around but actually never got out of the van to point out landmarks. He dropped us off at Bacardi, where we went to the bacardi factory's own tour. Then he drove us to the fort and dropped us off. "Come back in 45 minutes." Then he drove us to Old San Juan. He said, "Walk around the block and be back in 30 minutes." I expected that he would walk with us and point out things or tell us interesting facts, but this did not happen. It was more like a van ride around, and not a guided tour.

We spent way too much time at the distillery and not enough in old San Juan. Our driver was friendly and courteous, but the time management was a problem for us.

Weather really shortened the tour and we had to rush to be able to tour the Old Fort (in the rain). Tony was a GREAT guide! Tour was worth it.

The tour was ok! We started at Bacardi, and like everyone else said, it wasn't what we wanted. We wanted to see the distellery and not see movies about the company. The drinks were really generous, which makes it an acceptable tour. The Bacardi tour took way too long, because of crowds, and therefore lost a lot of time. We then went to fort San Cristobal, where we only had 45 min. That was not enough time! The tour guide then decided that was it and did not take us to fort El morro. We were back in the hotel early.

The tour of the distillery could be left off this tour and it would actually be a better experience. You really don't see anything and the time could be better used exploring the centuries old fort and Old San Juan which is a tourist shopping area with a few good resturants.

Our Driver Richardo was very good and very knowledgable, but unfortunately the day it rained and kind of ruined our opportunity to get the full extent of this tour, the Bacardi tour was OK i rally expected to see more at the distillery as the lines were vry long and had to wait over 45 minutes to start the tour. I would give this tour five stars however it lacks time. Enjoyed the tour of the distillery and San Cristobal fort and Old San Juan but everything felt so rushed. We only had 45 minutes to tour San Cristobal and then only an hour to walk around Old San Juan. Though I have to say our guide Rocky was what made this tour great. He was very informative and made sure we were enjoying ourselves during our tour.

This was a good tour, with a very interesting guide. We were quite disappointed, however, that our Camuy caves tour was cancelled at 8 PM on 3/1 for a 7:45 AM 3/2 tour -- we did, after a few phone calls, get an email that we would get a refund but we were disappointed about the late notice.

Trip was great. Ruben was extremely knowledgeable and personable. The only negative was that after 9/11 that we couldn't go into the actual factory to see the production. Instead it was more of a museum tour.

For the cost of this tour you can hire a taxi driver for the same price or less (especially if there is more than 1 of you!) and get the same results. The Old San Juan tour is nothing more than a drive to the fort which again, can be done more cheaply than paying for the tour. The Rum Distillery is free of charge so again, a taxi cab fare would accomplish the same goal more cheaply. Finally and most importantly-where you are staying matters. The description says "picks up from most San Juan hotels."; Check to see if your hotel is in "Old San Juan" or other locations outside of their "San Juan" list or you could find yourself paying an additional $40 RT for the taxi to take you to the pickup point!

The tour of Old San Juan was last of three in the day's intinerary. As a result, it was nighttime and many stores and places were closed. The tour should have begun in the morning, not at 130 pm.

Driver was speeding! He got stopped by the local police and got a ticket! We feared for our lives while on the bus! Very scary experience! We were dropped in old San Juan and told to walk around! We had no idea what was what without a tour guide on a very very hot day! The tour should start in the morning hours and not that late! This is not what we paid for! This is not an escorted tour!

Although I did not enjoy PR itself, the Viator tours helped make up for my unpleasant stay there. The rum distillery was a bit too didadic for my taste, however the last rum tasting part of the expedition was worth the wait. The bartenders were very entertaining with how they served the drinks, with tricks straight out of a scene from Tom Cruise's 80's flick "Cocktail". I also enjoyed the subsequent tour of the Spanish fort El Morro, which I am sure had nothing to do with my intoxicated state. I did not particularly enjoy the trip to old El San Juan. The city is filthy and a bit dangerous due to persistent, agressive beggars. Also the retail clerks were not very nice and welcoming. I did find a beautiful dress in PR, but it was made in China.

Tour gave a good overview of San Juan. The Bacardi tour was a lot of fun, and the marketing dept does a great job. Tour bus lacks an audio system, so much of the historical commentary was lost to those of us sitting more than two rows back.

Absolutely great guide!! He gave us lot of information about the city and the lifestyle in Puerto Rico. On the top of it, he has such a good sense of humor that make the tour even more enjoyable. I was a little bit disappointed by the Rum distillery. The company doesn't show us anything worth it.
