Had a great time on this excursion. Snorkeling was fun and they took us to good spots. My only complaint was that they were not ready for us when we arrived. They were just starting to load supplies, adjusting the boat, etc. But it was all forgotten once we got started. Would go again tomorrow if I could.

The beach we were taken to pleasant and not congested._br/_ The catamaran was crowded as there was a large group that seemed to have been booked at the last minute. Not enough food was prepared. My family was one of the last ones to eat. The crew had to find scraps of food to feed us._br/_ The crew was courteous. More planning should have been made to accomodate the large group.

This was an awesome trip!! The crew was fabulous and the lunch they provide was delicious. They played great music onboard the boat and made sure that all passengers were safe and having a great time. The boat was very very clean, even the restroom!! Loved it!! Would love to go again!!

This trip was amazing. My boyfriend and I loved this trip. The crew was very fun and professional at the same time and the drinks kept flowing. The snorkel trip was good, except the first site they took us to, the coral was dead and not much to see, although the beach was pretty. The second site was better for viewing fish, coral, etc. The lunch served was fair. The staff was very helpful and fun. I think they need to find another snorkling spot to make it a better experience.

The company was not very organized. The boat was overcrowded. There was a company outing at the same time. My family did not get lunch as they ran out of food. They rummaged and found us a few pieces of Turkey meat with a piece of bread. We were very disappointed. We have done several excursions with Viator, this is by far the worst experience.

The excursion was fun but we had issues with getting emails from them for directions. They told us because we didn't choose to be picked up at a location when we booked that it would be an additional charge. We then drove there and no one coudl give us directions...their website was wrong and we were told it had not been update in 10-years. We almost missed the tour and we stressed out while driving to it. they need to update their website with proper driving directions for those that need to drive to the marina...other then that it was fun but the boat did return 1-hour earlier then the tour said it would..we kinda got ripped off of an hour in the ocean having fun. Oh, and they rescheduled us for the next day due to weather but that was fine...hardly saw any fish while snorkeling too...kinda a bummer to have booked this. We were only on the island for 45 min. then they left for the reef but left there early too.

Very well organized tour, on time pickup from hotel and departure from the marina.Crew was very friendly, provided safe and fun environment. Snorkeling area is good for beginners, not much fish variety if you snorkel before, but you can enjoy white sand beach on the island._br/_ I would recommend this tour.

My family and I went on the snorkel and picnic cruise on Christmas Day 2011. The crew was friendly and fun. The island we cruised to was beautiful and the snorkeling was varied as they took us to 2 locations to view underwater reefs. The lunch and fresh fruit snack was good, and of course the endless tropical drinks were yummy! We would highly recommend this trip as it was fun and a party atmosphere.

The cruise was top rate. I loved every minute of it. The crew was friendly and kept the food and drinks coming. The pictures don't do the island justice. We walked a few blocks for the tour bus at another hotel, but after that, we were in heaven.

I really enjoyed the snorkel and picnic cruise. (Very relaxing and fun! The boat crew was awesome!!!) Only thing was that the bus driver to and from the hotel fell a sleep at the wheel and made us all nervous. The bus ride was unpleasant overall. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this trip.

Barefoot was great. Tito our captain was hilarious. The lunch they served sounded really boring from the website, but the bread they use is fresh from the local market. And all the meats and sides they had was really good. They also slice fresh fruit afterwards, which feels nice after a whole day on the water.

Snorkeling was a great trip. Although we had quite a rain storm which interfered with lunch, the water was warm, and the staff was very helpful with learning how to snorkel. The only thing that would have made it better was the weather!

Best part of our trip. Me and my friend(in our twenties and female) went on this tour and it was amazing...everyone was soo friendly...it was a party on the boat... my friend learned to salsa on the boat and the water was amazing and warm. Amazing memory I would do it again if i went to puerto rico again. Bring an underwater camera...

This cruise was awesome! We were picked up at our hotel. The crew was fun and meal was simply delish. They gave good instructions on how to snorkel, which I really needed. We met some delightful people too. I would highly recommend this trip.

this was the highlight of my trip to Puerto Rico! Do not come back from Puerto rico without doing the snorkeling. I don't know how to swim, or snorkel. So they taught me and were there for me the whole time I practiced. Then, when they went to the coral reef island, I was too afraid to go in the deep water, so the agent actually held my hand and snorkeled with me to see the coral reefs. Because she did that, I got to experience this wonderful and beautiful experience. It was breathtaking! Take some bread with you as you go on the corals, the fishes will eat right infront of you as u throw them in pieces. The island looks exactly like in the picture. Do it!!

Every review was correct. I was afraid to use Viator but everything worked out perfectly and it was the best part of our honeymoon. Well second best...The picture on top is not doctored, it is that beautiful. Totally friendly staff and lots of rum. I would do it again if I go back to Puerto Rico.

The van ride to Fajardo went well, we didn't have to wait long to get going on the catamaran out to the island and the staff were great. We arrived to white sand and beautifully clear water - looked like the scene was taken out of a postcard. My only comment is that the snorkeling was just okay, nothing spectacular to see. Overall, this was a great day trip and I would recommend it to anyone.

My friend and I were looking for a quick getaway from the New Jersey cold and winter storms and booked a trip to Puerto Rico. In looking for activities we came across this tour. We didn't bring our husbands but we had so much fun, we felt bad that we didn't! We would recommend this cruise to everyone who visits the San Juan area. The crew was excellent as my friend and I could not swim, he patiently taught us how to snorkel and enjoy the water and the fish just like everyone else! Will be bringing my husband back! Oh, and they offer drinks, but not to the point where people are getting inebriated which would take the fun out of the cruise. Loved it! We also brought our own snorkel gear and they recycle theirs.
