Besides the windows not being clean, which was unfortunately, we recommend it, the ferry was on time, the staff is great and you get from Seattle's downtown to Victoria's with no need of taxis or any extra transportation

A good way to travel from Seattle to Victoria: we had a smooth crossing under sunny skies, which added to the enjoyment. Practical issues (check in, baggage handling, boarding, etc) sensibly dealt with, though I'm not sure everyone respected the group boarding process - there seemed to be an awful lot of people in the first group! Catering basic but OK. I'd certainly use the service again - not cheap, but given the quick journey, I think it's good value for money.

The trip over was ok, the time spent waiting to disembark and go through customs was nothing short of DISGUSTING. We watched them remove the customs officers one by one although the line was still long.It took us longer to get off a ferry that carried about 300 people then it did to get off a cruise ship that carried 3000 people. If you dont mind lines go for it otherwise find another way is my suggestion.

Fast and efficient. Unlimited refills on tea and coffee for only $1! The windows on the ferry were a bit dirty. We couldn't obtain a number for boarding until after we arrived because our reservation was through Viator, which meant we were some of the last to board the ferry, (even though we arrived 40 minutes early) but we did save by booking this way. We traveled in late May and were still able to sit together in the middle section.

We really enjoyed using the Victoria Clipper ferry from Seattle to Victoria for our trip. The price we got through Viator was better than we could have gotten directly from the ferry company. The only downside was that we were not able to book the most preferable time to return to Seattle (don't know if it was availability but there was a ferry at that time and day) and had to lose a night's stay in Victoria as a result.

The ferry left on schedule and arrived in Victoria on time. The ferry was clean and modern. My only complaint was that we were assembled in a too small waiting room prior to boarding...felt like cattle getting heared into a cattle car!

Excellent service, clear directiions and very comfortable seats. Confirm early to get earlier boarding and a better seat on the outside rows. The windows needed to be washed for a better view. I found a verified lower price. Viator honored it and refunded my card the difference.
