The guides were very knowledgible however this was advertised as a 2 day ticket ( 2nd day free) and the 1st day of our ticket 9/30 was the last day the bus ran. False advertising in my opinion and we( there were 3 people in my party) were not the only people on the tour that was mislead by your website. I will think twice before buying another ticket from this co.

Very convenient way to travel the city. I wish there were more stops along the way and that the tour went to some of the surrounding neighborhoods including Queen Anne and Capitol Hill.

The Seattle Hop-on Hop-off tour was well planned to put the riders within easy walking distance of the most popular attractions from the Space Needle to the Seattle Underground and the restaurants along the water. The tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable. Altogether, this was a very good tour.

This is worth it if you are not use to all that walking. I bought this in conjunction with the CityPass and it stopped at all the spots. The tour guides all seemed to have the same spiel which was a little disappointing. I rode this 4 or 5 times. I want to hear new information.

My family and I had done the Hop On, Hop Off tours in Dublin and London this summer and then moved to the Seattle area (Bothell). We decided to do this tour because the quick introduction to key parts of the city and the information from the guides is invaluable to getting around and feeling comfortable in a new city. The tour and the guides are GREAT. We only wish you had additional routes or an expanded route reaching into the International District, over to the University, etc. All in all the experience was excellent and we had a great day in the city. We took the harbor tour as well and that too was excellent. I was surprised that more people were not taking advantage of tours that day, especially since we had such exceptionally beautiful, clear, sunny weather!

We haved used the HOHO bus tours many times, but the route in Seattle doesn't have enough stops to make it very useful.

The hotel (Sheraton) gave confusing directions, there was no sign on the sidewalk the day we arrived. The bus trip, however, once found was wonderful.

Bus ran late, over an hour, each morning and had people waiting at the first stop in the cold rain. One couple used our ticket to call and see why no bus had appeared. Were told "traffic" was to blame. No signs were placed in front of the Space Needle to desiginate where the Hop On tour was scheduled to stop. Often signs were missing at other stops too. Definitely not as organized as the hop on hop off we used in Boston. Hop On people were nice but did not have it together. We were disappointed after such good service in Boston which we gave 5 stars. .

1/2 half of tour was fabulous, 1st 1/2 our guide was more concerned with the fact that he had to work on the day of the gay pride parade. He gave us no information about anything just that he was 'gay' and had to work. young man that picked us up at Pike's Place Market was very knowledgeable.

The bus tour was great but when you book through Viator.com you must be aware that the picture you see on the site is not what the bus looks like. The bus is a bubble gum pink double decker and you can catch the bus at any of the locations you don't have to go to the beginning. The funny thing me and my friend were the only ones on the tour and the guides didn't even give us the tour they just kind of gabbed to us, but it was fun just the same. I would surely do this tour again. Also plan your trip when riding the bus, we had a lot of wasted time and didn't get to see half the things we wanted to see! Get the route and plan accordingly, it is just 1 big loop. Recommend the city pass along with this because it hits pretty much EVERY attraction you want to check out...touristy wise.

We had to wait on the bus a lot past the posted times. I called once to find out why we didn't get picked up and the operator basically lied. The next bus driver told us that the bus just skipped that pickup. If you are using it to get around town, don't waste your money. The public transportation is free and good. If you are using it as a sightseeing tour and don't hop on and off, it is informative.

Tour was okay. Getting there was very disturbing. After receiving email confirmation I was instructed to go to the Seattle Sheraton to receive voucher. After catching a cab to the hotel I was told company ownership had changed; I had to go to another hotel. After walking to the Hyatt they knew nothing about redeeming a voucher. They did say that the bus stopped in front of their hotel. After waiting for quite a while the bus arrived and the driver said I could have redeemed at any stop. Had I known that I, my wife and son could have walked to the closest stop and saved cab money and a lot of frustration. So I was quite unhappy with the entire experience. Update your instructions.

Loved the tour. I didn't have to worry about driving, traffic or getting lost.I was able to sit back and really enjoy the sights and just relax---the way a vacation is supposed to be! The tour guilds were knowledgeable, polite and funny, especially Starr and Charolette.Being able pick and choose where I wanted to get off and on was great.I would highly recommend Seattle City Hop-on Hop-off Tour ,you and your whole family will love it!!

This was a good way of getting to know Seattle but it is a city which is quite compact really, so I didn't see the need to have this available over two days as we didn't use the facility much the second day as we then knew what we wanted to do, so it was a bit of a waste.

A good tour. The loop was a bit short but you get to see all the major sites. The only hiccup was the viator booking indicated to go to the Sheraton to catch the bus when it was infact the Hyatt.

It's nice to have the bus available where you can get off whenever you wanted and get back on, but it only goes until 6 pm. We didn't take the last bus since we wanted to stay at Pikes Market longer, so we had to get a cab later on. If you start right away in the morning, you should have enough time to stay at many places for a while and not feel rushed. I thought this included the Pioneer Trail tour, but it was just the drop off, in case you make the same mistake. The bus does bring you by most of the main attractions, so it was great to get around. One negative thing was that the location to pick up the the coupon redemption was wrong. The location was changed months ago, but the system wasn't updated and the sales reps didn't seem to know either.

The stop was located in a very convenient location as we were staying near the Space Needle. It took us to see all of the city highlights and we were able to go back to our favorites on the second day. The guide was very helpful and informative and even recommended eating places and special attractions that we might have overlooked. He was very helpful in giving directions when we got off at various stops.

Hop-on Hop-off tours are a great way to see a city and get an idea of what is available to us. The guides do a nice job! They pointed out the main attractions. It would be great if they grew their knowledge of the history of the area and added their knowledge to the tour rather than sticking only to the script.
