Viator really messed up, we stopped by the jeep office two days prior to to tour to "reconfirm" we had voucher in hand and they had no reservation - when I called Viator the rep said oh...too bad and that was it, fortunately the kind girl in the office took sympathy on us and had us on a tour that afternoon.....SHAME ON VIATOR - ifeel ripped off!!

We were some what dissapointed in the tour. Our guide had freinds onbaord from out of town. She tended to talk about family and who they knew more than what she should have been doing as a tour guide. The guide was safe and the trail was fun but we feel that we could have learned more about the area if her friends had not been on the tour with us. If we do this again, we will try another tour with the other jeep companies. So that we can see other trails in the area. I highly recommend doing any of the jeep tours. It was just this time the guide was preocupied with her friends rather then doing us justice.

Excellent tour - I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and conscious of our safety. This was really fun and informative! The only way to see the off-road country of Sedona. Our guide was super knowledgeable about the wildlife and their habits as well as all the beautiful rock formations. The places the jeeps get to are pretty unbelieveable. Great trip!

The Broken Arrow Jeep Tour was the highlight of our trip to Sedona! It was a real 4-wheel adventure with lots of rough roads. We had all age groups, from retired to age 10, and everyone of us loved it! Our driver/guide was very knowledgeable and really complimented the trip. It was perfect!

It was perfect. The jeep had additional blankets for each. Our tour guide was fabulous! She gave us an overall definition of various plants, rocks, and hiking paths. Would love to see her next year.

I would recommend this tour to those who want to see the red rocks up close and personal. The scenery is breathtaking - pictures aren't the answer, you need to see it in person. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable. If you've never been off-roading, it's amazing what these jeeps can climb.

Stunning location viewed with a very knowledgeable guide, who made sure participants had photos of themselves at the various locations since he was adept with cameras of all types. The booking of the tour was easy, and confirmation was immediate. This is the third trip I have used Viator, and I recommend it highly!
