Trip was great, and all the staff were really friendly, the boat was clean and comfortable. The only 2 things were it was a bit cold in the boat with the air con so bring a jumper! And would have liked a bit longer at reef world. Overall a great day out tho.

A very fun tour and worth the cost. It was a chance of a lifetime and the colors of the reef were awesome. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the BBQ lunch was also very good. If we get a chance to go back to Australia, we will more than likely buy this tour package again.

This was the biggest waste of money. The semi-sub didn't work till the end of the day, and even then, only one side was working. You were basically left to your own divices, except when you needed urgent help. Morning Tea was a biscuit and coffee, which they took away when you get out to open water.Everyone was too sick to have afternoon tea, which was chocolate cake If you finish snorkelling, there is nothing else to do.. Way too expensive for what it was, and they don't warn you of how rough the sea's are before you go. Almost everyone was seasick on our trip, and what you see is nothing like in the picture. The only good thing was that when everyone was being sick, the female staff were very helpful.

Great day out from Hamilton Island. Lunch was excellent. Even though the weather was a bit overcast - the snorkelling was an AMAZING experience (2nd time) and now we REALLY want to go scuba diving. Very friendly crew who gave lots of information and help. We really recommend this experience - it was one of the best days we had with our 5 kids while staying on Hamilton Island.Worth the money!

This completely exceeded my expectations and was an absolutely fabulous day. I had my reservations when booking this since I wasn't sure how I would spend an entire 4 hours at Reefworld, but the time was just right to snorkel, do the semi sub, have a leisurely lunch which was quite good surprisingly and relax a little on the sundeck. Everything was first rate and professionally executed. For snorkeling novices like me who have had bad experiences before, they showed you how to do everything, and the experienced diver will also enjoy this too. The coral and sea life are just stunning, and the water clarity was great and I was able to get some amazing underwater photos. I have been snokeling before in the Bahamas and it does not even compare to the beauty of the Great Barrier Reef. This is a must do! We chose to fly back to Hamilton Island via helicopter, and the trip was breathtaking. One of the best travel experiences I have ever had! But if you want to do the helicopter, I would book that package ahead of time as it is more expensive to book the heli right there on the boat and they sell out fast.

This trip was exactly what it said it was. If you want a touristy day trip to the reef, pick this. I would recommend this, however, reef world may not be exactly what you think it is. Bring drinks and snacks on the boat. The food is 'ok' and the BBQ lunch wasn't as filling as I wished for. Overall, it was a good trip.

Snorkeling on the GBR was AMAZING! There are no words to truly explain how much fun it is...and how beautiful! If you get motion sickness, better stock up on sickness pills...the boat ride turns quite rough in open waters and at least half the boat was sick. Overall, the day was fun! Wish we had more time at Reefworld, it takes awhile to get there, but it is well worth your money!

A really nice day out! The journey to the reef was pretty rough so if you get sea sick make sure you take some tablets, lots of people were sick on our trip.

It was absolutely brilliant. Everything went well. Also, the lunch served was very very good, especially considering that myself and my wife are both vegetarians. It was a really good experience and the service at the Great Barrier Reef was excellent. We will recommend this trip to all.

This is a trip everyone should make! If you do not go from Hamilton Island, get to the Great Barrier Reef from somewhere. The staff were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Great experience!

Great trip! Well organised and very helpful crew. Good facilities at Reefworld platform with stinger suits and snorkelling equipment provided. You can view the fish through the platform's submerged viewing chamber and take one of the 'submarine' viewing trips across the reef to see it 'close up' if you don't fancy snorkelling or diving. Huge lunch provided on board. Trip out to the reef can be a bit rough if windy but travel sickness tablets on offer, and crew very good at coping with poor passengers. Recommend.

Brilliant, really fantastic. The crew was friendly, attentive, fun and nothing was too much trouble for them. Unfortunately for some travelers the sea was rather rough on the journey out to the reef and quite a few were rather seasick but the crew were wonderful with them and made sure their trip was as comfortable as possible. There was plenty of tea and coffee at all times and the food was fantastic with plenty for everyone. The photos taken by the crew were very good indeed and the video was funny and beautifully filmed. The sea was crystal clear and the reef location itself was perfect - quite a varied view of the marine life down there. Fantastic day, unforgettable experience and I would throughly recommend it.
