did not realise we had to go to start point to exchange paperwork for a voucher and driver was a little abrupt at having to explain. otherwise tour it self was great,gave us a real flavour of the city.

We always do the Hop-on and Hop-off bus whenever we visit somewhere new. This was a great service. Lucky we had read that we needed to get to the Suntech City office to swap our voucher for a ticket.

Good value and a good way to get around and get orientated. The staff and bus driver were very helpful and the commentary very informative. The bus may need to have an extra speaker upstairs at the back. It is a little bit hard to hear with the wind in your ear or while it is raining.

Enjoyed the tour but unlike in other major world cities (eg Paris, Dubai) the personalised commentary device (earphones) not provided. The inclusion of this facility would only enhance the experience. Also, it was inconvenient having to locate the desk at Suntec to redeem our voucher for tickets. Would be better if this could be done by the driver or a conductor when hopping onto bus for first time. This system works well in K.L. Otherwise the sights and features of the city are well covered and overall organisation is good.

The tour was fine but the audio portion was very difficult here. At some points we couldn't hear what we were to be looking for, or on which side etc. Also, it would be much better if the guide book/map explained what sites might be viewed at each stop as opposed to most items being listed as hotels or shopping malls.We didn't know where to get off to see what we wanted to see. The Botanical Garden was not the norm as that was listed as Botanical Garden. Thanks! Singapore is a beautiful city. Thank you!

Good value for money but there are no signs to show where the bus stops and you have to get your paper reciept validated at the tour office which is not stated on your reciept. The bus stops at certain normal bus stops we found out after a lot of asking

This is a great way to get around the various locations and to have a summary of the inner city and outer attractions. Locating where to board the bus was an issue near the suntec shopping centre and the delay in the first bus departing - also we were advised that the emailed ticket had to be turned into a voucher but the desk where this had to be done opened much later than the first bus departs! Also locating the desk was an issue. Timetable accuracy was an issue. We had a very wet day - some bus drivers wiped the seats under the canopy but others did not.

To use the voucher, you have to go to the central locations to redeem first, which is annoying if you are not staying nearby. The bus stops are not well labeled and the commentary is hard to hear.

A great way to orientate yourself to the city. It would have been an improvement to have plug-in earphones, as the commentary was difficult to hear, especially on the open top. Also be warned: the driver would not accept the printed Viator voucher. We had to find the Hippotours desk inside the Suntec City shopping centre to exchange them for tickets. The driver and other tour personnel were not very helpful with giving directions to find this.

A useful way to get around the main sites in Singapore. Unfortunately unlike many other city sightseeing tours you don't plug in headphones for the commentary but listen over speakers. The volume wasn't always loud enough to be heard over the traffic noise and wasn't as in-sync as other similar city sightseeing offerings.

The bus seemed to be on a very tight schedule and went around the route far too quickly, it was like being on a race track! The seats were wet after a morning shower and no attempt to dry them for the first lot of passengers was made. They did not stick to the routes as indicated on the route map given and I ended up having to run after a bus to catch it and was then verbally abused by the driver!_br/_ It was a good way to get an overview of the layout of the city and where the points of interest were.

It rained . When it rains it is good to stay on the bus. The top is not the best place to sit when it rain the top part is not the best place to sit. It is a good tour worth the money vs just the train alone.

We found the routes to be well thought out and informative. We saw the Botanical Gardens, little India, the Mosque, the Chinese quarter, Raffles, the Merlion, the Singapore Flyer, the malls on Orchard, and many other sites as well. Our only complaint was that we ended up stranded at the "hub station" for over an hour when both buses went to lunch at the same time. We lost an hour of touring time, something that could have been avoided if the driver's lunch times had been staggered.

Plenty of stops and very informative commentry on board. There are two routes, City and Heritage. I took both of them and enjoyed the diversity that Singapore offers. Good running times so you could spend the day in different places and it's practically a taxi service to the main attractions. I would highly recommend it.

I love the hop on and off bus! A great way to see Singapore because it hits all the high points that you might not otherwise know to look for. I really recommend this for anyone new to Singapore, but I have enjoyed taking it on subsequent visits as well. Great fun.
