After a long flight, the representative holding a sign with your name on it is a most welcome sight! She introduced me to my driver, and gave me contact information for my other booked tours. Tour East came thru in style!

Arriving late in evening was wonderful to have someone waiting at arrivals to pick up 4 of us, with luggage, and take us to our hotel. May have cost a bit more but very worthwhile.

There was nobobdy to meet us at the airport when we arrived. I rang the contact numbers on the viator receipt without any luck. Eventually tracked someone down after a lot of other companies helped me. Took a good 45 minutes. Was phoned 2 days later at the motel as the tour company had the wrong date for our pick up. Would have been much quicker and cheaper to get a taxi.

This was a brilliant service. We were greeted at the airport by the driver displaying our name. He took our luggage outside the terminal and asked for us to wait whilst he brought the car. After loading the luggage, he drove us directly to the hotel, chatting in a friendly and polite manner. We would recommend this service to anyone visiting Singapore. It was exactly 30 minutes from the plane landing to being seated in the car which, after a long flight, was very welcome.

A very different experience to Tour East Hong Kong.This was a very good Private Transfer Service.The driver handed details to us of the return transfer,there was a error but more of that later.The driver was smart,courtious and efficient and the vehicle well presented.
