Driver was friendly and informative. I have given 3 stars because we had an elderly friend with us who was in an airport wheelchair (she can walk a little) and getting into and out of the car both difficult and dangerous as there was no step and distance from ground to vehicle is high. Another vehicle we used while in Singapore had a small plastic step which made getting in and out much _br/_ safer and easier. I would suggest that you provide such a step in all your larger vehicles for the safety and comfort of your passengers. _br/_ This is my only criticism but we would not use your company again until this has been rectified..

Efficient and friendly service provided by our driver Chong. He provided interesting and informative commentary from the airport to our hotel, highlighting many points of interest for tourists. He also gave us some good tips on things to do and see. As with many Sinaporeans he was very proud of his country.

I had a suspicion they would not read the information correctly. I specified 0:20 or 20 minutes after 12 midnight on Monday to be picked up. Of course, they decided I must have meant at midnight - Monday night, which of course is Tues. I predicted it would happen and it did. There was no obvious way, a way of sending a message from the web site, for example, to alert them to the time, but most of us should be familiar with the clock, so . . . A driver did show up at about 1:10, but that means no hotel until 2:00am and then, trying to be rested enough for a meeting at 9:00am after a 20 hour flight becomes a challenge. Taxi's are just as cheap, and they are outside the door.

It was absolutely great to find the driver waiting to take me to my hotel instead of having to get in a taxi queue. I had hurt my leg prior to boarding the flight from Heathrow so it was doubly welcome that there was no waiting around. I was the only passenger and would recommend this as being the best way to start your holiday at a very reasonable cost.

The whole arrival experience at Singapore was good . From landing to arriving in our hotel room took only 1hr 20min. The transfer was seamless. The driver was waiting for us, we waited a few minutes for another couple and then straight to our hotels which were next to each other. Will, without doubt this company again.
