A pleasant Tour Guide and journey to and from the hotel and safari. _br/_ The buffet dinner menu was varied and delicious. _br/_ The staff all throughout the saferi was delightful. Happy, friendly and very helpful._br/_ Loved the animals of course. Particularly the 'fishing cat' who seems to have little hope of ever catching a fish amongst the dozens of turtles blocking its way. Perhaps a few turtles could be relocated to another pool to alleviate this poor cat's frustration._br/_ All told, a lovely evening.

Very enjoyable evening with a welcoming and informative guide. The meal had plenty of choices and was of good quality. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Singapore as it gives you the opportunity to view animals at dusk on a guided tour througth the park. there are walks available with information on the animals and it really is an enjoyable experience for all.

Due to traffic problems had a late start and was a very rushed tour, espec with the buffet dinner. Had to gulp it down, in order to have time to do the train and walks. As the tour leaves in peak hr, and it often rains, I would have thought traffic would always be taken into account. Have found other viator tours very worthwhile but this one I would not recommend. Easy to do this yourself .

Was a waste of time as we only had 2 1/4 hrs as there was 8 hotels to drop passengers off, courier adivsed that Park opened at 7.30pm but infact it opened from 6pm till 11pm ..

Hotel pickup, great guide. buffet tasty. Zoo amazing, was not sure how much would be seen at night but saw lots. Take the train 1st and hop on/off along the way to walk a few trails. Next time the morning Zoo is on our list !!!

Departure on time, there was no delay on the immigration, but very short excursion in Malaysia itself. Unfortunately entry in the Abu Bakar Mosque is forbidden for non muslims so you can observe it only from outside

The night zoo is definitely a highlight of Sinagpore. Luckily the lines for the tram were only a 15min wait (we were told the previous weekend was hours) otherwise we would have missed out on seeing everything within the 2.5hr allowed time. Tour guide from Tour East was very friendly and knowledgable.

The tour guide was excellent and entertaining. Pick ups were all on time. The buffet dinner was excellent and in a lovely location. the Tour of the zoo was also excellent - the only negative was the quantity of people present - about 1500 and the delay to board the trams to tour the zoo - thus missing out on the performance we were meant to see after the tour. Location of the zoo and the lovely Christmas lights were excellent.

Very friendly, knowledgable bus guide (Tour East company). The Zoo was fantastic the way you could see so many animals up close and very clear. The 'tram' tour and self guided walking trails were all excellent for this. My three daughters aged 19, 21 and 23 all came and loved it also. The transport provided by the bus to and from our Hotel was well organised.

They pick you up and drop you back to the hotel which is a huge savings vs. cabbing it there. The tram ride to see the animals were a lot of fun, followed by the entertaining show. Lot of options for dinner as well.

The night zoo is well worth a visit and the tram ride is lovely, however this tour was poorly organised. The tour started 1 hour late which meant that by the time we ate and lined up for the tram ride, there was only time to do one of the four walking tracks. In my opinion, visit the night zoo on your own or choose a tour that skips the dinner as it takes too much time out of seeing the attractions. The dinner was, however, surprisingly good.

Hotel pickup went smoothly and I was happy that we were also returned to our hotels at the end of the night. The buffet was worth the cost and a there was plenty of choice. Our guide was really helpful in giving advice regarding what times to avoid when selecting activities - to avoid huge queues. It was a lovely evening and certainly worth considering for tourists visiting Singapore.

My husband I really enjoyed the Night Safari. We had the dinner and the only thing we thought was that we then didn't have enough time to do the two walks. We only did one. we went around on the trolley cars. We did enjoy the dinner too though

Not so much. We did the dinner included and that made things too rushed. The lighting of the animals is poor so hard to see. Those who want to take photos, not a great idea. The trolleys are packed and hard to see over people and enjoy the experience without being shoved. The final show was nothing special. Sorry, but it was too far to go for such a rushed itinerary. I wouldnt recommend the tour, but if you have made your own way there etc and was on own schedule then yes, go forth and enjoy.

We were not disappointed in the Night Safari, just the driver that picked us up. He really didn't know where he was going, after driving around Singapore for about an hour, he picked up a mate who traveled with us to show him directions, to the next hotel for pick up, then of course we had to drop him back. What should have been a 20 minutes drive ended up as 1 1/2 hours. Felt because of this our tour was rushed. Good venue, very well looked after, really good to see so much emphasis placed on saving endangered species.

Good for all those visiting Singapore for the first time and especially for the ones travelling with children as they really enjoy the animals and the night tram ride. Also liked the Indian restaurant at night safari. If it rains all shows get cancelled that isa little disappointing, but cant be helped. The tour was delayed a bit but the guide was very entertaining and accommodating and i enjoyed this tour.

What an amazing experience. I thought we would have a "cheap" buffet offered to us, whilst it was a buffet the quality of the food was excellent. Apart from a bit of a queue to get onto the "tram" afterwards, it was just a wonderful evening and highly recommended.

This was a great experience. What really made our tour was our guide Jane, she was fantastic! On the journey to the zoo she pointed out loads of sites and explained what they were. We had done the exact same journey earlier the same day with same tour company and the guy pointed nothing out to us just spent the whole time explaining how fantastic Singapore's government is and pointing out any bit of grass. Jane was interesting and funny, and really went out of her way to make sure we had a good time. Even when we were in the zoo she ensured we enjoyed ourselves and got us around all of the sights. I would highly recommend having the Buffet Dinner if you go, it was fantastic value and the food was fabulous. Varied and excellent quality! Do it!

This tour was great, the buffet was wonderful! I'm a vegetarian and my husband loves meat and we both had things to pick and choose from which was awesome. The tour also gives you the freedom to roam around and take the ride when you feel like it. I highly recommend this to anyone going to Singapore and to definitely get the buffet.

It's a very special experience. We didn't choose the dinner as we wanted to have more time looking around, not sure if the tour with dinner would finish later. The tour guide was funny and nice. You can either stay with the group at all times or explore by yourself. Just need to be back on time if you want them to drop you off to your hotel. You can stay till late and go back by taxi if you wish. One of the animal shows was amazing. You can't miss it.

Brilliant zoo. The tour should just go for one more hour so one can go home with the tour bus. This would allow you to see the creatures of the night show, tribal dance, tram ride and 3 forest walks. The guide was funny and very good. Would recommend this tour.

Excellent tour, could not fault it, advise anybody doing the tour to take the tram all round the circuit and then walk round. Buffet could not be faulted, do not spend too much time eating as there is a lot to see. Coach transfers efficient, as were the guides.
