Same issue as my other review. Great ride, friendly driver, they are just not aware of the voucher from viator, so they delay you for about 10 minutes to confirm. Viator needs to clear this issue up and then its a definite 5 star deal and well worth the $15!!!

The ride from the airport into Stockholm was an interesting way to begin our time there. We were unsure of which stop to use for our hotel. There were some very helpful "locals" on our bus who were extremely helpful. After we got off at the bus stop, we discovered we were standing right beside our hotel (Hotel Norrtull). How convenient!

In the airport it's all sign posted so the transfer area is easy to find. Waited about 2 minutes for the next coach, showed the man our voucher and got on the coach. We were in Stockholm centre 40 minuites later. Excellent.

Booked the wrong shuttle transfer - from the wrong Airport to Stockholm. But was not an issue to the employees, they just switched the ticket to a valid Skavsta Transfer ticket - without additional fee! Mindboggingly perfect service!

No problem finding coach and journeying to Stockholm. However dropped off at wrong hotel. Soon resolved taxi to correct Elite Hotel no problems for return journey.

The bus was very clean, comfortable and relaxing. The driver assured our safety by asking passengers to fasten seat belts. He provided us a smooth and efficient ride into the city center. He appeared to be uninformed of the nature of our electronic ticket voucher yet nevertheless was able to accommodate us.
