Only reason its not 5 stars is because both drivers I had were completely unfamiliar with the voucher from Viator. The trip is smooth and quick, friendly driver, but the company and viator should make sure the drivers are aware of these vouchers so they don't have to take 10 minutes trying to figure out if you should be allowed to ride.

It is advertised as a 30 minute airport transfer but that proved not to be the case. We picked up the bus at Central Station and it made another four stops before joining the motorway out to Arlanda Airport. The journey time was closer to 50 minutes so if you are short for time I'd take the Arlanda Express train. It is much more expensive but only 20 minutes door to door.

This was a very convenient way to get from Arlanda to central Stockholm. The bus was waiting right outside the terminal building, and the trip was very comfortable.

Perfect. The bus was easy to spot. I gave the driver the vouchers, and absolutely, no problems. Bus was on time both directions, people were helpful. I would totally recommend. The price was right!

Booked the wrong shuttle transfer - from the wrong Airport to Stockholm. But was not an issue to the employees, they just switched the ticket to a valid Skavsta Transfer ticket - without additional fee! Mindboggingly perfect service!

This was a great service, very easy - though you don't need to buy a ticket ahead of time. There are kiosks to buy tickets with cash or you can pay with credit card on board. They run 24/7.

The voucher was not recognised by the coach driver who was very rude and quite hostile - we were pleased it was the journey back to the airport after our holiday and not the driver on the way into Stockholm as that would have been the first person we spoke to on arrival in Sweden and she would have given a very poor impression.

The lady who checked our voucher looked at it as if she had never seen something like that. She did not check the name or anything. I just pointed at the picture of the bus and then she let us get on the bus.
