Hop-on and hop-off at the various bridges as often as you like, or stay onboard and enjoy the ride. The ticket is valid for 24 hours. Guided onboard narration is included.

Your boat takes you to the Royal Palace where you can watch the changing of the guard all year round. At the Nybroviken terminal you can take another boat to Fjaderholmarna and Djurgarden. From here it's a short walk to the shopping district. If you have your mind set on history, you don't want to miss the Vasa museum and Nordiska Museum.

Have a good time at the classic amusement park Grona Lund or visit Skansen with its variety of traditional buildings and wild animals. Historic buildings are also to be found in Gamla stan. Even though they were built during the 17th and 18th century they are very well preserved.

The staff on the boat where not very helpful and tried to get paid for the tickets which I had printed from the internet. It was as if it was the first time that they had seen such tickets.

We used the boat option as a back up in case there were no buses at the time we wanted to return to our ship, and used it at the end of the day for that reason. Boats were fine, easy to get on and off. More like a taxi service with no commentary but useful to get to the major areas if you're doing your own tour.

We chose the Hop-on Hop-off Boat tour against eh Hop-on Hop-off Bus tour as a way to avoid traffic in Stockholm. We did not realize that there were four ports in Stockholm and our cruise ship did not dock at the one that has the Hop-on Hop-off stop. The company did have a bus at our cruise port that took us to one of the boat stops but we were not sure how we would get back to our ship at the end of the day. The bus driver nor the ticket office could let us know for sure if we could take the bus back to the ship. The ticket office told us we would have to purchase the bus tour. So several of us paid for a cab to return us to the ship.

A great way to see Stockholm. Boats run frequently. They're not all the same- the best one had seats perpendicular to the windows with tables. Map on the website slightly out of date--the Sodermalm stop is at the photography museum, not Katarina Lift. Would have been helpful if instructions had said to look for the yellow flags.

Unfortunately it was pouring rain and they do not stop at the Royal Palace as indicated, something about a low bridge.Due to the rain we chose not to walk there. However, the boat was right at our ship, the help was fine and they arrived alll the time so there was no long wait anywhere. Stockholm is beautiful and certainly best seen from the water.

Unfortunately the weather was appalling and was at first disappointed with your boat compared to your competitors. However the opportunity to take photos from the open back turned out to be better than your rivals modern boat in that their windows were all steamed up with no outdoor viewing platform.

There was no sightseeing in that no one narrated and there was no recorded commentary. It merely takes you to the various stops - we waited over 1 hour for the boat and it was so loaded people were standing, windows were closed and it was miserable. We have used Viator before, but this trip was not good.
