dirty headphones, should be cleaned or replaced frequently. I recommend taking your own headphones with you and plugging them.

Unclear as to where to pick up the bus (it's down by the river - map provided via Viator was incorrect). Three different routes, only had time for two but covered the major sites. Be forewarned, if taking the tour bus to Vasa, check the times of the museum as the bus goes quite early vs late summer museum hours.

The Nordics seem not to know how the system works, the buses are late, I was on a bus that changed its course (as usual in Stockholm) and because the other route was too late, the bus detour to this without telling the passengers. The office staff do not know the Viator voucher, our was not accepted and sent us to another address as 3 / 4 of a mile, where the tour boat went out, we had to return and finally a bus driver recognized the voucher. Besides the road map that has Viator is his page is obsolete, now they have three routes in the city.

the lines we took (blue and yellow) gave us a good overview of the city and actually we didn't have time to take full advantage of the stops along the way.

Overcrowded Hop-On-Hop-Off busses. We got so disgusted that we just took public transportation. At least we could sit down as we rode the subway or bus. Would not recommend.

Let me start to say that we thoroughly enjoyed your Hop-On Hop-Off tours in Copenhagen. However, our experience in Stockholm was a disaster. The buses were late and dangerously crowded. Then to make it back to the train station on time, we had to take a cab on a seven minute ride that cost over $30. Someone mentioned that many cruise ships were in port, but this should have been anticipated by Viator with the addition of more buses.

The trip was pretty good. It covered most of the sights and was convenient to use. however it was at a very bad frequency to go to Skagen. Otherwise overall very nice.

Initially couldn't find the bus stop and had to wait over 25 mins in torrential rain for the bus, but after that all was fine. Did all 3 routes, but didn't get off much due to the rain. Windows very steamed up - but not Viators fault as everyone had decided to do the trip. Commentary, headphones and itinery good, so would strongly recommend.

The busses came too infrequently. We wasted a lot a time waiting for the busses and missed seeing some of the things we were planning to see. It was very bad leaving our ship where we had to wait an hour for the next bus.

Unfortunately, it rained very hard that day, and it wasn't possible to see out the windows on the upper deck as they were completely fogged up. Also, we needed to wait for an hour at the Vasa Museum before a Yellow Route bus arrived, which was a much longer wait than we anticipated, especially in the rain.

A very informative and interesting tour of Stockholm, unfortunately marred by the audio commentary CD failing towards the end of the trip. The driver apologised for this and added a few extra minutes to the tour as 'compensation'. Nevertheless, we were pleased we had taken the trip.

Excellent, if rather crowded. The one problem - three routes more if you count the boat trips they also organise and the voucher didn't say exactly what we'd bought or how much we'd paid. First driver refused then another when I said what we'd paid gave us a ticket for all three routes. Wish we'd known about the boat trips as well! The bus trips were excellent - multi lingual audio commentary although many of the sites were 'full' so getting off and waiting was not a success - Vassa Museum, Ice Bar, etc.

Tour was okay. You should be ready to stay in line for longer time than prospect tells you. Instead of every 15 minutes, bus was coming once over 30 minutes. Not much information, but okay for orientation. Sometimes Radiophone wasn't working.

No obvious bus finish times on Viator web site - all details on brochure handed out by driver - too late for planning purposes. Last yellow bus at 3.30pm too early. Caught blue bus 4.05pm from stop number 2, could not get off as last bus - missed vax museum. Little photo opportunities if stay on bus - too many trees etc. In retrospect, select boat tour around harbour if limited time.

A Brilliant tour round a lovely city which is the cleanest place we have ever visited anywhere. We had a bonus because there was a large parade of vintage cars taking place while we were on the tour - it held us up , so we saw the lot! 43 words

Could have been done on foot, also very poor indication when you arrive at the train station to know where the sign is to wait for the buses. No one seems to know where it is, we lost 45 minutes to find it.

The best Hop-on Hop-off tour I've ever done! Both routes were great, and the buses came by very regularly. Some stops were for history, some were for art, and some were for fun. Great drivers, great narrator, I learned a lot. Wonderful!

This is certainly the way to see Stockholm. We used it for our day in port from a cruise ship. Very convenient to many of the important places you would want to see. Price is much better then the ship's excursion prices. A definite "do it!"

If you want to ride it to get an idea of where sites are in order to visit later, then it's OK, but don't rely on it to get you around in a timely manner. In hindsight, we would not have done this bus and would instead just have planned better. Some people waited 45 min for a bus, and the buses were all absolutely packed.

Having our voucher ahead of time saved us time, and we didn't have to worry about exchanging money or getting credit card approved while standing at the curb outside the bus. It was very easy to exchange for one of the tickets. Also, the price was competitive with purchasing direct. With limited time in Stockholm, having our tickets ahead of time saved precious time.

The information on where the bus stops were located was poor. The English channel of the commentary was of very poor quality at times, but the other channels were OK. It was a poor experience overall.
