This was a great way to see the town, and the tour by boat after the bus tour is a great and picturesque way to see Stockholm (I took most of my photos from the boat). Wonderful!

We booked a 10am tour but when we arrived we were told that the tour didn't operate until 11am and that the time shown on our voucher was incorrect. Anyway so we didn't need to hang around for an hour and a half. The guide let us do a grand tour which was departing at 9.30am and didn't charge us any extra. We loved the city and would definitely return here. Also the cruise included was excellent.

BAD ! just a brief sighiseeing , no visits included , dissapointing ..._br/_ And we lost the boat , only a brief notice on audio telling us to pick up the boat in the midlle of the sightseing ....PS : ( I really love VIATOR - short trips , nice prices , excellent guides , but this times , humm ) Maybe better for the future ...

Great overview of the city - would defintiely recommend! The bus tour gave me some ideas of what I wanted to go back and see on foot (up close, spend more time at, etc.). Boat tour was nice, too; however, do bear in mind that if you plan to do an archipelage tour (outer city), it is a bit repetitive. But again - very useful! Wouldn't change anything.

It was difficult to find the meeting point as there were many tours starting from the same location. Better signage and a reference to Viator would have been helpful. The bus was very clean and the headset sound was clear. The boat to take us for the second part of the tour was late. An apology and a free or discounted drink on the boat would have gone a long way to making up for the 40 minute delay.

Good overview. If you do this one, be sure not to get the Royal Canal or Panoramic Tours; they are the One Day Tour broken down.

We enjoyed this tour very much, as the commentary was done through headphones, so you just adjust the dial to whatever language you desire. We did not get off of the bus at all, but the driver stopped at points so we could take photos from the bus. A good way to see it all in a short time, and then go back to the places that looked the most interesting.

Excellent combined coach and boat tour with headphones giving commentaries in various languages. Not so good for the hard of hearing though as the volume was quite low. Very comfortable coach. Smallish pleasure boat with hot and cold drinks available. Boat trip lasted only 40 minutes instead of an hour but gave a different view of the beautiful city. An excellent tour for the start of a visit to become acquainted with the city. Well organised.

The tour operator should advise patrons that buses load at the rear door. Handicapped people were given no consideration for boarding. The boat's restroom was out of order - no alternative was provided, and no notice was given prior to boarding.

The sightseeing trip lived up to the website's explanation. I was at first very skeptical when I booked the trip but was very relieved to find out that everything was true and it turned out to be a very worthwhile and inexpensive trip.
