It was a great trip and the mountains were amazing. The adventure caving was definitely worth it, but you need to be aware that you do sqeeze through some small openings. Highly recommended.

We just came back from this tour and we loved it! The tour guide was very amusing with his commentary and I found it nice to learn things about the city's (Sydney) history that I typically don't get from other guides.

The Jenolan caves were the highlight and our guide there, Graham, was wonderful. The Blue Mountains were a big disappointment because we had so little time there.

The tour was good and the caves are beautiful but there were too many people in the group. Groups should be limited to a maximum of 20 people. The tour guide was good but catered too much to the children and practically forgot that there were adults in the group! Over all, it was a pleasant experience

Wish there had been more time at the 3 sisters. Also, your website was misleading as I thought the scenic railway was included.

Minibus pickup from hotel on time, but then a lot of hanging around in the coach at Star City. Once underway the coach was clean and comfortable, David our driver was a very informative guide as he drove to all around the route, indeed all day, mixing info and fab dry Aussie humour! Blue Mountains, don't bother getting on any of the rides, they are a rip-off for what you get, photos can be just as good from the vista points by the cable car stations.Have a bite to eat and a drink in the cafe, visit the restroom and get back on the coach. Jenolan Caves, David knows the length and width of his coach is all I'll say on the long downhill section to the caves, he's some driver!! Caves themselves absolutely brilliant, we toured the Lucas system with a guide in a group of maybe 20 or so, nearly 2 hrs underground and loved every minute. Won't spoil it if you are thinking of going, but make sure you have plenty of power in your camera for lots of flash photography - You will need it. AWESOME. Very smooth journey back, drop-off right outside our hotel, thank you very much. Well worth doing just for the caves.

Our tour guide was absolutely delightful and full of interesting tidbits about Sydney and the countryside that preceded the tour. The tour seemed a bit rushed at times, but I'm not sure how they can improve upon that. Overall, we enjoyed the tour immensely and would definitely recommend it to others.

I had a limited amount of time and no transportation so this was a great way to get outside the city and see the bush. The driverguide was informative, helpful and courteous. We even saw numerous kangaroos and wallabies hopping around on our trip back.

Didn't really spend much time at the Blue Mountains, it was literally a flying visit and it is very touristy - main aim to make money! The main part of the Tour were the Jenolan Caves there for the afternoon. It was okay, but once you have seen one cave, pretty much seen them all! Also, even though it wasn't peak season, we went in April, the tour group going into the caves was huge - around 50 people. Too big because, as the name suggests, they are caves and single file a lot of the way - with 50 people takes ages and to be honest gets very boring, waiting for everyone to catch up. Also, a lot of time is spent on the coach an hour or so to Blue Mountains and then another 1 or so to the caves. Due to traffic it took nearly 5 hours to get back - so be prepared!
Review: 2 star rating: It was OK, but could have been better
Review by: Judy J May 2010
The caves were well worth seeing. Unfortunately, they are quite a distance from Sydney. A stop along the way was definitely not worth doing other than the bathrooms, since it would have been better to spend time at the caves. Too much of a bus ride and too little time at the caves was the major drawback.

With skyways, cable cars and steep railways, it was a trip worth going on. And not to forget about the Jenolan caves, a wonderful experience especially with the adventurous package. Moving (or rather, squeezing) through the creeks and caverns of the caves was the experience of a lifetime. This trip is a must.

The caving option was well worth any extra. Great time to be had by those who are active and adventurous. Need to be agile and able to maneuver through tight spots! Time of our lives. Long bus ride from Sydney, though.

Prepare yourself to enter a new world and to climb almost a thousand steps into the caves. Once you get there, you will be stunned by what nature can do, and you'll be able to see it all as the caves are nicely lighted even in the most remote crevices. We went in winter time, if you do the same take a light jacket for the outside, but I doubt that you will need it on the inside once you start climbing.
