Transfers are provided by a fleet of the most modern coaches ranging from mini-coach (up to 21 seater), through to large coach (48 - 50 seater). The mini-coach is the main vehicle for airport transfers as it allows for very fast and efficient transfers, being able to maneuver around the busy streets of Sydney.

Sydney Kingsford Smith Airport is approximately 20 - 22 kilometers to downtown Sydney and the journey takes approximately 25 - 30 minutes. An additional 15 minutes should be allowed if passengers are travelling to Randwick, Coogee or Bondi. The duration of transfers are approximate. The exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions. Accessing some city hotels on New Year's Eve can be more time consuming than usual.

Horrible, waited over 45 minutes to be picked up and than the driver had the nerve to say that we were in the "wrong spot" when he came to pick us up. He argued with us the whole time walking to the car about how "he was right'.

Though the vehicle and the driver were clean and professional, we had to telephone the shuttle company as it was not at the airport when we arrived. Our flight was about one and a half hour delayed leaving Honolulu. The driver told us that he had not been informed of the flight delay. After a very long flight we and another couple were very tired and were very much in need of a shower and some sleep.

Be ready for plenty of luggage tugging in this large airport before reaching the transfer vehicle. Did what we required, but driver was thoroughly miserable ( and we got him for our return transfer- How many drivers are there in Sydney?!)

Horrible. Hard to find the company rep-driverwas not waiting since we were late. Directions had us look for a blue wall which had been repainted. Waited over an hour for driver, had to walk a great distance to pick up spot only to find that the driver could not get through the gate. Then had to walk through 3 parking lots to get to the driver. Exhausting and dangerous. Driver was not friendly. Then we found out their were 4 parties to take to hotels and we were last. No explanation at all. We arrived in Sydney at 11 AM---got to the hotel after 3PM and company did not seem to care. These were the only unfriendly people we came in contact with in Sydney. Use someone else.

As woith our initial arrival into Sydney on 07/02/12, our flight was about 30 mins late._br/_ Again no transport was available. Sydney airport volunteer staff kindly phoned the office for me and I was advised that someone would be along in 15 to 20 mins._br/_ After 30 mins I phoned again and was told "well your flight was late so you will just have to wait. Eventually a driver turned up after an hour and 15 mins, clearly there to meet another flight, told us we'd be first drop off. LIAR! We were the third drop off._br/_ As with my previous review, DO NOT BOOK this transfer.

DO NOT book this transfer unless you can be sure of your flight arriving on time!!!!!!_br/_ We were half an hour late from London / Hong Kong. The meeting place described doesn't exist, the wall has been repainted._br/_ No staff on hand initially and phone calls to the office met with hostility and no help._br/_ When an old lady did appear, she told us the bus would be along "soon". Soon turned out to be an hour and a half!! Also the transport parks a distance from the terminal, no doubt to reduce costs to the company.Not what you need after a 24 hour flight._br/_ I repeat DO NOT BOOK. (see my review of same trip 20/02/12.

The van was too small to handle the amount of people that were picked up. I had luggage on my lap and all around my feet. It was not easy to find the pick up area at the airport, we walked all around and had to ask for help.

Wouldnt use this again. Directions to meeting point in airport were totally incorrect and I wasted at least 30 minutes trying to find meeting point, When I did there was nobody there and a bus driver from a different company told me just to sit and wait. When rep turned up she took me and other passengers to mini bus but didnt take into account carrying luggage and went too fast so had to come back and collect us. Bus then took AGES dropping off as went to lots of other hotels in Sydney before my drop off. Definitely want worth the money as not much cheaper than paying for a taxi

I was very disappointed as I was told on the receipt and information that my driver would meet me at my luggage carousel. I made two telephone calls to find out what was happening. Eventually he came and with no nice meet and greet as I had expected but was told to just wait here as he had to pick up other people. Next time I will catch a taxi as it will be a lot quicker and I won't have to wait an hour before we leave the terminal. No recommendations from me to anyone.

The tour provider, was over two hours late picking me (and other travelers) up! They did not answer when we called and when other transportation providers called on our behalf, lied each time that they would be there in fifteen minutes. Unbelievable! I would not recommend this tour!

Took ages to find the guy, as the described meeting place no longer ex isted and his board was very small, then without explanation he then diappeared for about 15 minutes leaving us all waiting.. Was on the verge of just going to get a taxi as we were so tired when he came back.However the van was parked close and took us to the right hotel. Driver did not tall onroute about the city which pick up drivers often do. So Ok but could have been better.

We were met promptly and the driver was very helpful and explained that we were waiting for a passenger from another flight which had been delayed so we were kept informed about the delay in leaving for our hotel. The driver, who we had met before, was very courteous.
