The boat was filthy and there was no commentary as promised. However, the tour company have since apologised and sent me vouchers for another cruise.

Good vessel and welcome refreshment. We were up on deck and could hear none of commentary because of noisy fellow passengers. They got off at Central Quay and to Darling Harbour was great

Couldn't hear the commentary due to so many other visitors carrying on. They constantly were stepping on my wife's feet to push past to take photos. Worst cruise we have been on.

When we arrived at 11.30 we were told the next cruise was not until 3pm. Unfortunately I had a flight to catch, so missed out all together, very disappointed. Your website said 'cruise departs on the hour every hour' clearly it isn't so.

I loved taking the Sydney Harbour Cruise. We departed on time from a fantastic location and saw parts of Sydney I never, ever would of thought existed. The route was inclusive of many areas and provided great sights and sounds.
